Ideal for long walks, especially with our new dog Buddy he had some excellent training.

Relaxing and easy to access. Away from the town and quite . Parking is free along road side just next to the dunes. Keep it tidy and clean for our future generations.

Great for the kids. Parking is free on the roadside with direct access to the sand dunes. Loads of dunes to play and picnic (take your rubbish home though as it seems lots of people don't). Quick walk through the dunes and you're on the beach and depending on tide times the sea is close too. St Anne's is a 5 minute drive away for ice cream etc.

Beautiful if small dune landscape, being encroached on by housing. Children absolutely love being let loose here, rolling in the sand and exhausting themselves climbing up and down, or playing hide and seek. Only downside is the few people who trash the area, so play with care.

Lovely on a sunny day, especially to watch any local airshows. Be careful when it's windy, otherwise you get sandblasted in the face. Mind you, some people pay alot of money to have that treatment at a spa, so if you can get it for free... πŸ€”

The beach is lovely but you need to be careful where you step as you will find trash in many areas . So, please try and take your rubbish with you this way we can keep the area looking lovely as it is !
