I stayed here for a Friday & Saturday night! I received a warm friendly welcome as I arrived. I was very happy with the room, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was very good. In the morning the breakfast was brought out to the table promptly was very nice as was the coffee served in a cafeteria (which I hadn’t seen done for a while, but liked). Location wise it was perfect for me! Just 5 minutes from the North train station and 5 minutes from the centre! Will definitely return

I have stayed here three times, twice with previous owners and this time Phil is the owner. This time was the best time for me. The room was very nice with a sofa, large TV, comfy bed, large wardrobe plus more and Phil even brought a fan up to our room as weather was very hot. Breakfast was awesome and place is very clean and Phil very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay at Blackpool. 2 mins away from seafront and 5 mins away from station and town centre.

Brilliant 3 nights staying at no 11, Jim and Lynne have got the perfect balance very attentive but not in your face. The rooms are spacious with a very comfy bed, the ensuite was a good size too. The whole hotel is spotless. Great location. If going to blackpool support local rather than the big chains, you won't get any better service. Staying at no 11 doesn't support the saying you get what you pay for, here you get so much more , thank you x

Hotel 11 is absolutely fantastic! The entrance is decorated very nicely and the room was absolutely spotless. Hosts were so attentive and breakfast amazing. Stayed for 2 nights and had a fantastic nights sleep both nights. Would highly recommend this hotel. Location in a brilliant place close enough to all attractions but far enough for comfort.

Amazing place. Brilliant owners, super clean, super friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Room was so modern and beautiful. Very spacious. Shower was brilliant. Bed was ultra comfy. Great location also to funny girls, ma Kelly's and North train station.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, room was a good size and en suite was fab, good location for everything, breakfast was amazing and Phil does a fab job will definitely be coming back 😀 xx

Absolutely first class, warm welcome, rooms big and spacious, breakfast top notch plenty of variety, nothing too much trouble, highly recommended.
