Absolutely disgusting. Animals kept in cramped, horrible conditions. Rats are not meant to be kept in sawdust! Guinea pigs need space! All the animals were making noises of clear distress and trying to get out of the cages and that. Sick tortoise in front of shop and two frantic little birds clearly not happy in a tiny cage. Dead fish in the tanks! Clearly the animals are never handled and should not be sold to ignorant customers who know nothing about animals, all that will happen is they won't be able to handle how aggressive and un-handled they are and will get rid of them. Horrifying to visit and completely broke my heart. Need to be shut down, 100%

Absolutely disgusting this shop, the customer service is ridiculous ! The animals are in absolute squalid conditions, they're are dead animals everywhere. I went in to look at terrapins no uv light & no basking ramp, the tanks are filthy and slimy green & too many in ONE tank ! This place needs closing down! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Prices are ridiculous aswell.

Went in he had a deco fish tank for sale in window I wanted to buy. I said Id like a deco fish tank please. He looked at me as if I was mad ... And said I don't have any deck fish tanks. I said the one in the window he replied very off hand that's sold and I don't have any more. Very rude nasty man and he shouldd put sold sign on things then. Still there in his window week later. I got one off Amazon in end. Don't bother going into his shop extremely rude and arrogant man

Walked into the shop to stock up on supplies, owner was talking with a friend/customer, I asked for a Nitrate test kit and some filters, I was subjected to 20 minutes of interigation from the owner and then the friend jumped in, both started telling me I don't know a thing about keeping fish, he'd been keeping fish for 25 years and never tested his waters once and why should I feel the need to (er have a look in your tanks, I think it's plain to see why you test water, no dead fish in my aquarium)!!! I'm 40yr old guy that's been keeping fish since I was 14. Will never step foot in this shop again, I would rather have to catch two buses to shop at another establishment, I have never felt so intimidated.

The worst most disgusting shop in the world. The animal care is disgraceful and they started shouting at me like a school child when I set foot in the "private" section where the door was wide open and right next to me. There is not ONE fish filter for sale in the whole shop and parking is a luxury.

I found the place to be very well kept, animals and fish all appeared healthy and well cared for. Quite the opposite to most of the other reviews. I agree the guy who runs it does seem a little abrupt but is helpful.

Awful pet shop Out of touch Sells at high prices Bought 2 fish.. they had whitespot and ended up killing my other fish! Rude owner STAY CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!!!

New tank set up and just got a cpl of mollies dosnt look much but not a bad aquarium shop

Fish section has potential with the number of tanks but is lightly stocked with run of the mill fish with lots of empty tanks there was a baby musk turtle for sale too. They do sell live food for reptiles and amphibians but the shop is very cramped. Could be worth a visit on a good day after a delivery. If you're just wanting goldfish or guppies then check it out.

Doesn't sell any fish said he hasn't for 2 years
