I took the Alcázar tour with guide Manuel. He was very personable and knowledgeable of the Alcázar. It was nice to be guided through each of the castles and understand more of the context and time periods that may have made an impact. As a Game of Throne fan the outside gardens where Dorne was created had me geeking out. The tour went at a good pace and a lot of good information. Thank you Manuel.

Carmen Maria was a great guide through the city and its history. She is a historian and you could tell that she loves telling the story of her city and likes to paint a vivid picture of the events that occured. She also gave us plenty of suggestions where to eat and was available for questions even after the tour via chat.

This was the best tour by far! There is so much history and information about the Jewish Quarter and our guide, Clara, knew it all. With her bubbly personality, she shared stories and fun facts about each point of interest, while giving us real history lessons in an easy to undertand, delightful way. Clara got to know us quickly and it felt like our small group was family. I can't wait to take this tour again when my friends get here. Don't leave Sevilla without taking this tour!

I did two tours in the same day with SUE. The first was with Carmen in the Alcazar. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money on a guide or just tour it myself. I finally decided to book the tour the morning of and am glad I did! Carmen was an awesome guide, very friendly, funny, and with a lot of knowledge of the Alcazar that I definitely would have missed on my own. It was so good I decided to book the tour with Jose for the Juderia and tapas an hour after the Alcazar tour ended. I learned so much and the tapas at the end were great. Jose has great knowledge of the subject matter and most importantly he is very warm and welcoming perfect company to share tapas with. Thanks again Jose and Carmen!

We absolutely loved our tour of the Real Alcazar with our friendly, talented guide, Carmen. She made it such a rich experience, and we came away feeling we had learned so much about Spain and its history, not just about the Alcazar. Many competitor tours are shorter, and we'd been unsure if 2 hours would be a bit long. However, we could have happily spent another couple of hours going round with Carmen - there was so much to see, and her humour, passion for her subject and extensive knowledge brought the place to life for us. Having seen the number of large tour groups while we were there, we really appreciated being in a small group (4 people) - much more personal and no hanging about waiting for people to catch up. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Seville, I am so glad we booked with SUE.

A MUST! If you are new to the city and want incredible insight it's best to have it come from a local who is an expert. José is incredibly social and well versed in the history. This is wayyy better than those god awful recorded audio phones that you have to hang from your that the museum provides. This experience is away from all the big group tourist nonsense. Follow José and you won't regret it!

Having been through several historical sites, we know it is far more interesting and valuable to be accompanied by someone who knows the significance of what we're looking at and who can point out things that we would otherwise miss. So, we booked a two hour tour of the Seville Cathedral with Seville Unique Experiences. We expected the quality of the tour to be excellent because we had done SUE's Jewish Quarters and Tapas tour a few days before. (We highly recommend it! The information is fascinating and the food was quite delicious.) We were not disappointed. Carmen was our guide and she was excellent! The Cathedral is a bit overwhelming, so it was very helpful to have someone who could focus our attention on points of interest one at a time. What I especially appreciated is that Carmen was a history major, so she really knows what she's talking about. We left feeling as if we had spent our time wisely and knowing we had seen all of the most important aspects of the Cathedral. If you are going back in forth on making a decision on whether to book this tour, I recommend you just do it. You won't be sorry.
