Fantastic service for any expat living on the Costa del Sol or those visiting the area. It's great to have an English-speaking service that FINALLY lives up to my expectations - friendly professionals, outstanding facilities both in the clinic and when they tend to you at home (it's amazing what they actually bring into your home), and a caring approach to all medical conditions. I can't recommend Clinica Excelan enough - the membership price is fantastic, the response time is faster than any other on the Costa (unlike another that my family had the misfortune to use), and they go above and beyond the call of duty.

The nurse practitioner came to my hotel room less than 2 hours after my call. He spoke and understood English very well. I had a follow up with the same person twice over the following 4 days, at my hotel. I was very happy with the services and medicine and their understanding of my needs.

ATTENTION : si vous êtes étranger ! J'ai contracté le Covid et fait appel à leurs services. Le médecin était très stressé et a fait le test en vitesse, me faisant mal mais ce n'est pas le pire... Comme je n'y connaissais rien, il m'a fait un test antigénique auquel j'ai été positif. Je pensais donc bénéficier du pass sanitaire durant 6 mois. Et bien non, car c'est uniquement avec un test PCR que cela fonctionne mais il ne me l'a pas dit malgré qu'il savait que je devais rentrer en France. Au lieu de cela, il m'a dit de contacter le centre deux semaines plus tard afin de refaire un test pour obtenir le pass. Donc non seulement j'ai payé 350 euros mais c'est pour rien car le test n'a aucune validité. Faites attention à bien demander un test PCR, moi je retourne en faire un dans une autre clinique...
