Mediocre customer service, midaged lady on counter was not helpful when product had quality issue, tryed to kill time by calling multiple persons ans afterwards asked me to call some store chief. Imagine resisting to coverup 20sek. This store is Not recommend 😕

Excellent shop. i love the self scanning. Even though some time they checks my cart randomly i feel it good to check to gain more trust on me. the staff is very kind and helpful. i love how clean they maintain the shopingvagns where as next shop willys you often found hair struck in the wheels of vagns and no one cares. ICA maintain clean hygiene no struck wheels. fresh vegetables and always have extra offers in the shop not only in the catalogue. fresh baking section. 5/5 my rating.

Opened rather recently which makes the facilities fresh and clean. They have a good selection of groceries.

Its an okej store prices a bit too high. But if you need something small no problem for me.

Nice store, has a bit of everything. But they repeatedly replace brands with their own, which is fine if you don't mind their own.

Good place w a variety of items. They should carry avocado oil instead of 25 different olive oils.

Looks great but no great service. I found something out of date by 7 days and there was 6 of them. I told the staff and they were rude and very unfriendly. Sorry ICA I wouldn't shop with you again. Beware that you check your date.
