Great service picking us up at the airport. The car was a better model than we reserved, with a full tank of gas.

The drivers were really friendly but apart from that there was problem after problem. Confusion with pick up, drop off, booking, communication, you name it. I finally was able to reach their office by phone and they assured me I was on the list to be picked up wich was not the case. The ones riding on the same bus as us seemed to be having similar problems and were not happy. It is a good business idea and I've used similar services in Stockholm wich have worked great but unfortunately the administration of this one is lacking in care.

They’re super slow, we had to wait a very long time. Couldn’t even find our name. I also though they’re supposed to help you pack your things into the car instead of standing there and do nothing.

Great parking close to Arlanda with shuttle sevice when you park and when you land. Recommend
