We loved Adam/Albin very much. Food was delicious and Michelin star is definitely deserved. We had a large number of courses with wine pairing. Staff is trained to approach you in a friendly way by leaning in on the counter, building on the "family" atmosphere. Staff was overall nice and attentive. What we would have appreciated more would have been: 1. More transparency on the wine pairing (1500 kr). The waitress told us it wasn't too much at the beginning (equivalent of 4 glasses), but it was a LOT. Now while I understand quantity is relative, it certainly wasn't 4 glasses. At the end of the dinner I told the waitress it was a bit too much and she said "yeah it's too much for me as well". So, why didn't you say so at the beginning? 2. We were charged for liquor at the end (200 kr each). We didn't understand if this was the Dandelion shot we were offered - we assumed it was included. Or, was it the shot our table neighbors offered us? In that case, why charging us? Apart from that, kudos to the chef!

Listen. There is no way you can come to Stockholm and not experience this. Not stuffy, superb flavors, stellar team, ambiance, experience - it has it all. I’m about to cry I’m so full. I went alone and they seated me right in front of the kitchen so I could watch all the action. Tak!

This was one of the most sensually pleasurable and delightful meals I have had in a while. Their beef tartar left me speechless and, frankly, turned on. I would definitely come back. So worth the 10-course culinary adventure. Highly recommend

By far one of the best food experiences I’ve had in Stockholm (and elsewhere also for that sake). Came on a weekday evening, the service was absolutely stellar. They knew who we were, took our jackets and placed us in the bar. The menu is well balanced and the wine pairing is absolutely stellar. It will cost you around 4,000kr per person but I’d argue it’s worth every penny.

Hands down one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had. Food was incredible and packs a punch with every single bite, service was amazing all the way from the minute you enter till the moment you leave. Love the way the tables were designed for two with an elevated platform so every dish was served up almost like it was presented to you on a stage. Even the plates added whimsy to the dishes. Wine pairing was exquisite as well with wines you don’t come across very often — wines from Switzerland, anyone? Can’t stop raving about this place, every dish was art and every mouthful a symphony. Even the toilets smelled amazing!

Overall a good experience. I would call the food Japanese Fusion. Two dishes were extremely salty - that is not Japanese. Lots of Asians in the room. The chef likes multiple ingredients, which means many flavours are muddled. You must love butter to enjoy the food. Enough food not to leave hungry but chef should learn from Japan how fine dining deals with hunger. Despite critique, 4 stars so can definitely recommend.

A lot of effort by the amazing team but the end "product" is not what it should be. There is no fusion. French dishes remain French, Japanese dishes remain Japanese. There is a serious disconnect between the promise to curious customers searching for an Experience and the deliverables.

Fantastic Michelin Star restaurant. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Intimate feel, they only seat ~30 people in the restaurant every night. The non-alcoholic beverage pairing was great, each drink paired well with the food and had complex flavors with interesting ingredients and techniques used to make them. My pescetarian dinner was perfect, the celeriac root was the best vegetable I’ve ever eaten with such a tender texture and smoky, deep flavor. The food is all salty but food in Sweden is salty, it’s just a different flavor profile than places like England. Small portions but a lot of food, you will leave very full.

These guys give you a Michelin star experience but with the warm feeling of your favourite around the corner restaurant. We went through a seventeen dishes tasting menus and they were all beautifully balanced in flavour and expression. Add to this a no fuzz wine menu and we’re in business. I’ll be back.

Having been to the three star Michelin restaurant La Sarte this past weekend I can wholeheartedly say that this restaurant in Stockholm is one that I am more likely to visit again. The attention to detail and the service was top notch. They noted my dislike of apples with the welcome drink and asked if I would like a substitution for an apple forward dessert. The food was scrumptious and the kitchen operated seamlessly like a well oiled machine. We had the best seats in the house allowing us to view the kitchen. The meal at this restaurant is lingering in my memory as a favorite experience. I look forward to our next visit.

One of the best (if not THE best) tasting menus I’ve had. Incredible variety, flavours, local and French produce. Very generous portion sizes (especially of black caviar and truffles). My favourite dish was diary cow tartare on a crumpet and the dessert with wild forest raspberries. Service was very very good (although they could have made my birthday a little special maybe)? Good ambience but a little too cold. The food was out of this world though. 100% recommend and would go back when in Stockholm!

I honestly think this restaurant is a bit over rated. The restaurant atmosphere is cozy. The food presentation are great, however the food ideas are very similar to a michelin restaurant we tired in Copenhagen that’s called Aloutte, so I don’t really know who copied whose idea. The server is probably new, didn’t provide extra glass when we were trying to choose the wine, so we have to share from the same glassware. The pigeon was very gamey, but the rest of the course was okay.

Where do I start? This has got to be one of the best dinner experiences I’ve ever had! From the service, to the ambiance to the food and back…it’s perfection! I went by myself and sat at the bar and got to peek into the kitchen and watch them do their art! Also truly The best and friendliest service I’ve ever had! Can’t thank you enough for the evening! (I can’t seem to be able to post the photos)

The venue is dimly lit. So it has rather "mysigt", cosy romantic candlelit vibes minus the candles. The tables are also kind of small and close together. Suitable for intimate dinners. Though, there are spotlights individually directed to you can see all the food. The menu felt like upscale comfort food with comparatively affluent pricing... but it is not really fine dining. So it kind of feels mismatched to the rest of the ambience. But if you enjoy the Asian food palate, it's a pretty solid meal. South East Asian fusion cuisine but the flavours are very familiar, almost pedestrian. The crispy pork signature dish lacked depth but was still deliciously sticky and moreish. If you get the tasting menu, highlights include the sashimi and cha plu leaf dishes. The roti was kind of crumbly? a bit too thick, stiff and 'stale-y'. Almost like they did not add enough water to the dough. The mocktails were alright. The lychee flavour in mine was actually really decent, sad it was drowned out by the accompanying mint flavour. The young coconut icecream is probably the best coconut ice cream I've had in Scandinavia.

I’ve been to many Michelin restaurants worldwide but Adam/Albin is the best one I’ve ever been to. It’s literally value for money! The food, the presentation and the service was amazing!! The atmosphere was very cozy with rock/alternative type of music(very unique for this type of restaurant), the personnel very kind and friendly and the Chefs were welcoming the customers as well. I also want to point out that they use expensive food materials generously; like caviar, fish and oysters! Highly recommend it!!!
