It's the manager, he is a real nasty piece of work. Certainly should change his career from the service industry. There is a reason they want the tip when you place your order and not after your experience the service!

Only had a beer and a starter, but smooth to order online and get it to your table. Got the beer as quick as if I would have ordered at the bar. Staff good.

Terrible place, keep away. More employees then customers, but you still have to sit waste time ordering on you phone to get awful burger.

The food was okay, ordering was easy and efficient and the staff were polite and fast. Slightly overpriced though.

Giving my experience at the cosmopolitan bistro a 5* review, but I want to specify that I’m grading on a curve here. This place is pricy, but you’re in an airport, so that just is what it is. I ordered the fish and chips and a beer, and the quality of the food was surprisingly good. The staff was nice and the food came quickly. If you have to eat in Arlanda, I think this is the place to do it

Very good service at the heart of Terminal 5.

Prices a bit high, but to be expected inside security at airport. Personnel, specifically Magna and Jenny very kind and accommodating.

Disgustingly extortionately expensive. Twice the price of a beer in town. Expensive by airport standards.

The phone app at the table is terrible. The service at the bar is worse. The saving grace was that the burger is tasty. But you have to clean a table yourself in order to find somewhere to eat it.

I used the QR code to see the menu and order. Food arrived to my specified table in about 5+ minutes. Fries with kale and a Bloody Mary

A 25cl Coke at 40 SEK, 6-7 poorly fried meatballs with powder-based "mashed potatoes" for 200 SEK. Too little and too bad for too much. Avoid.

Very rude and uninspired service, extremely expensive, and don't even accept AMEX. I haven't got this bad service in 3 years. Avoid to all cost.

I tried to order via the app but ‘it was unavailable’ and I had to ask a server. I waited 10 min and then went to the bar. Had to wait another 5 min. Then the server told me to stand over in the beer queue. When I explained I was already waiting 15 min he became very rude.
