    Scandalous services. On the way out, we had to wait until 5 a.m. so as not to have a €10 surcharge but hey, it's stipulated in the contract and we were taken to Mérignac with a minibus. On the way back, we were surprised to see an Audi A4 arrive even though there were 9 of us who needed transport with our suitcases. The driver, on instructions from his boss, asks to take only the drivers, responsible for them to return to the airport to pick up their passengers. Unable to get into the car, we hitchhiked and were taken by a competitor who had finished his shift. Arrived at the parking lot, a vague word of apology and that's it. We recovered our car which had not been taken to another secure parking lot. Km counter not having moved, and also in a very dirty state. When we offer a service, we do our best to honor it correctly. Shameful and absolutely to be avoided.

    Parking to avoid. But I think they are closed now. Place reserved for 12 days return October 7. No one answers the phone, direct to voicemail. We take a taxi and surprise, the parking lot is deserted, the office empty and our car all alone with a broken window. Top ! If they reopen elsewhere, don't use them, big scam!

    Parking très mal organisé. Très difficile de reprendre possession de son véhicule au retour. Navette totalement insuffisante, principalement au retour. Par manque de place, j'ai du moi même revenir à l'aéroport après avoir récupéré mon véhicule avec bien du mal pour chercher les autres passagers. Au final plus d'une 1h30 pour récupérer son véhicules. Nul, à éviter!!!

(Original) Je confirme à éviter , l'arrivée a été un désastre , personne à l’accueil ,j’étais au bon endroit est pourtant une fois le contact fait par téléphone la personne m'indiquait un autre endroit , réservation pas enregistrée et conduite assez brutale pour le trajet à l'aéroport . Le retour a été pire voiture bloquée dans le parking on a du attendre 20 minutes pour trouver enfin un voiturier pour pouvoir la débloquer et récupéré rayée : bref à fuir pour ne pas vous rajouter du stress en plus ....

    Disastrous experience also for my parents who after a lot of hassle with their flight (arrival in Toulouse instead of Bordeaux, sleepless night at the airport and bus journey to arrive in Bordeaux), found themselves in this parking lot to collect their car but the parking lot had lost their key!!!! As a result they were taken home in a rotten car with a driver who fell asleep at the wheel... To give their spare key and have their car brought back to them the next day... Except that Zero compensation!!! The registered mail that they sent came back to them... The garage played dead and my parents found themselves with more than €200 in costs to redo their key!!!

    TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!! Deplorable service and not as advertised: - 45 min wait at departure before the shuttle takes us to the airport - Customers are crowded into the shuttle (4 or even 5 people on each 3-seater bench), no security, the driver is non-stop on the phone and even sends SMS. The shuttle is in very poor condition! - On your return, you wait more than 30 minutes at the airport for someone to pick you up - On the way back, our car was full of mud, with several scratches and THEY HAD LOST OUR KEYS! We waited more than 30 minutes before they found them! - When we collected our vehicle, there were 15 km more on the odometer!!! And again no explanation was given to us, no one knew why! It's simply shameful! Seeking maximum profitability, but no professionalism or customer service! Run away from this scammer!!! The price is not even interesting since you will find your vehicle damaged!

    Une honte!!!! J'avais lu les commentaires et pourtant j'ai quand même réservé chez ces escrocs... bien mal m'en a pris! Résultat : personne n'est venu nous chercher à 3 heure du matin! Nous avions en plus un enfant de 2 ans! Leur téléphone était éteint donc nous avons pris un taxi pour aller au parking : 20€! Arrivé la bas, personne! Ma voiture avait été bougée et je l'ai retrouvé dans un état déplorable avec une énorme rayure sur le côté!!! Nous avons pu ravoir les clefs et repartir à 6h00!!!! Un cauchemar! Jai passé le lendemain au commissariat pour porter plainte! Bref ne faite pas comme moi, faite confiance aux avis et n'y aller surtout Pas!!!

    Honteux, à l'aller on me demande de mettre ma fille de 2 ans et demi sur mes genoux pour économiser une place pour d'autres clients. Nous avons refusé. Au retour,malgré notre demande lors de l'appel de la navette à l'atterrissage, le conducteur se présente sans siège auto pour la petite, répondant qu'il n'était pas au courant. Bref je déconseille à tout ceux qui voyagent avec des enfants.

    Terrible experience. We paid before arriving and were there at the time of the reservation. One hour after the arrival to the car park, we had to search for another parking because nobody was there to attend us. We requested to the intermediarie (Parclick) for a refund and after a month of trying to contact with the car park managers, they finally sent Parclick a manipulated screenshot of the car park videocameras in order to show that we were not there waiting for someone. After getting proofs and maintaining the request, finally Parclick has assumed the cost of the booking. The car park has gotten away with it: congratulations to their managers! I would reccomend to search for another car park. The long stay airport parking is closer and costs almost the same price.

    Catastrophic experience. Return to Bordeaux at 4 a.m. When collecting the suitcases, we call the valet so that they can come and collect us. He tells us that we are calling too early and that we should only call when we are outside. Once done, we call back. He tells us “I’m leaving right away, I’ll be there in 10 minutes.” After 30 minutes outside in the cold waiting still nothing. We finally see a car arrive, he doesn't show up so there's no chance of knowing if it was him or not. We see a group of people going there, as well as a couple and their child. We say to ourselves, we'll ask if it's for us, we never know. It was good for us. Except no more room in the van. My partner had to get into the van alone, and had to pile in behind. Because yes, with 4 behind, very professional. I am not stipulating the fact that the group of young people was able to get into the van as a group of 4, and that the couple with children could not. So they left a 5/6 year old child outside in the cold at 4:30 a.m. with his mother, without any compassion or even a little sense. Was it essential to take the 4 young people in the van? Why not take just the driver (like us and the couple) to at least let the child ride in the warmth!!!! My partner arrived there and was forced to wait again and again because our car was blocked by other cars!! And the driver didn't want to deal with it and was ready to go back to the airport to look for other groups of people. My partner starts yelling. Cars are moved. In the meantime, the van parks in front of our car and we are stuck again. After 15 minutes of struggle it's good. But of course no way to check the condition of the car or anything. This is terrible service. I prefer to pay more next time, but I will never put my car back there. We paid 10€ extra for the night, even though we had to wait 30 minutes to wait for the driver. It is shameful. And the driver had the nerve to tell us that the negative reviews concerned the previous managers and that we should not trust them. You have no professionalism, no empathy, and your services are deplorable.

    TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID Our car was used in our absence, the tank is almost empty although it was 3/4 full, the highway badge was used 45 km south of Bordeaux, the blue tooth connected to another phone than the ours, and there is an impact in the rear above the bumper. Is it useful to add that the change that was in the pocket has disappeared... difficult in addition to recovering the vehicle, the phones did not answer, we had to go to the parking lot on our own. We filed a complaint for the reasons stated above, but also fearing that offenses could have been committed with our car. One piece of advice: Don’t go there!

    RUN AWAY ! Pitiful and disrespectful service!!! The most important thing is that we took photos of our vehicle (I strongly recommend it) and the meter, leaving them... and SURPRISE 50KM more and the car on fuel reserve!!!! After waiting 30 minutes longer than expected on the side of the road, there was not enough room in the shuttle for everyone! My husband had to go up alone and I had to wait 1 hour for him to come back and pick me up!!!! In the car, striped leather steering wheel, and two plastic drawers on the passenger side that don't belong to us!!! I thought I read in the last reviews that the company had been sold, I was a regular customer with my family and well you won't see us again! Go to The Much Friendlier Competitors!

    Attention danger. My car was damaged while it was under the responsibility of Low Cost Park 33 and since then, I have been in legal proceedings, but the manager Mr Benhima has disappeared from circulation. He does not attend court summons. It is a disaster.

    To flee !!!!!!!! Left my vehicle (clean ext/int, with full ess.) 15 days...on return, I found my vehicle very dirty, with the ess gauge. at the lowest !!!!!!! I am still waiting for reimbursement for damages, promised by the manager. This mishap took place from 09/19/19 to 10/03/19. Today is 05/11/19, no news from the Manager of this Parking / TRAQUENARD !!!!!!! Today, all the commercial entities that I have informed of these misdeeds (PARKIVE; WEBSHOPTRUSTMARK; ALLOPARK; LOOKING4PARKING; CLICKPARK) are still in contact with this thief, still offering you their services, because, of course, they affect always their commission.......!!!!!! IT'S SCANDALOUS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Shuttle service far from perfect. When I go, it's up to me to park my car, the parking lot is rather small and therefore not very passable. Waiting for the shuttle which was "broken" which was replaced by a sedan type vehicle (fortunately friends and luggage were previously dropped off at the airport...). Return shuttle let's not talk about it, agency contacted at 12:30 a.m. once the luggage was collected, the shuttle arrived more than an hour later. Waiting with a family and a couple. The shuttle arrives (finally) neither hello nor excuses, journey to the parking lot disastrous I even suspect the driver of not being in his normal state. (Caught a roundabout, and did not slow down once on 4/5 speed bumps in a row). Quick recovery of my vehicle (quite dirty car I must admit, parking lot full of dust). However, they couldn't find the car of the couple who were in the shuttle with me. I do not recommend this parking lot despite the attractive price, they are not up to standard.

    We had booked for 3 days. When we returned, we already waited quite a long time for the shuttle at the airport. But the worst was to come... almost 2 hours to get our car!!! No organization in the storage of cars, staff who make fun of people by giving any excuse. There were several families waiting. Supposedly they had been overwhelmed by the demand... we were promised a refund; after relaunch and rewinding, we are still waiting!! To avoid absolutely!!!
