😐 Everything was great but not exceptional. There were 2 ppl working there, which one of them is the cooker, so the service was pretty slow. No English menu, and no cellular signal to translate it :( People often mention tartare, restaurant, good, great, delicious,

If you are craving some steak tartare that's the place to go to. A cosy and welcoming restaurant in the hearth of the city, offering a unique selection of food for great quality and affordable price. We had the salmon and tuna tartare for starter and the signature Rossini tartare for main, all served with some local wine, and the brioche perdu to finish. Food was fresh and delicious - they even made fresh home made mayo on spot - and the owners (a couple) were incredibly nice professional and welcoming. By far one of the best restaurant we have tried so far

It's one of the best restaurants that I have ever had. I took the beef tartare with fois gras. It was the best tartare and fois gras in my life. The taste was perfect and the quality of the beef is very high. I also had very good wine there. The dessert I had was brioche perdue and it was also very good. The staffs there were very lovely. They were helpful and had very good advice. If you cannot eat raw beef, they also have salmon tartar and veggy tartare for you.

Really great food. Maybe not ideal to bring kids. But excellent plates.

This restaurant was one of the highlights of a few days' trip to Bordeaux. Very well located, the interior beautifully furnished and decorated, and of course exceptionally good tartare made our restaurant experience unforgettable. The tomatoes and ham that we took for the entrées were light yet delicious. The main dishes (beef and tuna tartares) were incredible and the meat was so tender it almost melted in our mouths. The dishes were accompanied by warm handbaked bread that enhanced the flavours of the dishes even more. The dishes appear quite small, but I guarantee you'll leave the restaurant feeling satisfyingly full. Price wise the restaurant has managed to perfectly balance the price/quality/quantity. If I could, I'd give this restaurant 10 stars; the ambience, the service, the food and the drinks were all incredible.

We had dinner there on Monday 25 July. The service was very poor due to lack of staff: no recommendations, explanations or attention from the only one waiter working on that evening. Quality of the food was fine but the menu was very basic, limited to tartares (I had the tartare classique and my wife the fish tartare which was a tataki tuna you can get in any standard Japanese restaurant). I was served a glass of red wine with residue from the bottom of the bottle. Overall a mixed experience given the price you pay (with everything à la carte)

One word: Amazing. The food was so tasty, the burrata had an amazing taste (a bit small for the price) but totally worth it. The bread was warm, just from the oven with a bit of caraway - so good - Then, come the tartare and they did it perfectly. They even made me an homemade mayonnaise for the potatoes which tasted great.

Fantastic experience in a great environment. One of the greatest restaurants we have been. Wine, tuna tartar, truffled burrata salad and desserts were exquisite!

This restaurant is just AMAZING. New concept where all the food is served raw, meat and fish. The differentiated and unique cuisine that Elodie and Jeremie offers will have you enjoy an incredible experience. We had a great time and all of us loved the place, the cuisine and the vibe.
