The staff is so so, considering you're at the "Bllok" it should be more professional. The place overall is overrated and I wouldn't prefer be there often.

Had yogurts and churros with pistachio sauce which were both amazing. My only recommendation is that they put a description of the yogurt flavors as we had to ask the lady what each flavor was and although she was friendly and helpful it is a waste of time. Customers could make much quicker decisions if they saw the name of the flavor.

But since there was almost NO ice cream, and the milk was warm, it literally was just chilled and flavored milk. No exaggeration. No “shake” to it. Iced water is colder; you’d never know ice cream was there 1 minute ago. So ok, won’t do the shakes again. What really got me was, I was literally the only customer there. I ordered, she got out the cheesecake, and another customer came. She stopped, made 2 sundaes for the local, and then made my flavored milk…. I just felt…. Weird and second class. All in all, I may have come to try the churros or something else later, but with that kind of service…. Not worth it.

Waffle machine probably not cleaned properly as my waffle had hard burned pieces in it. I did not return it (not wanting to be a boring customer) but however when i pointed it out to the waitress it was as if i didn’t say anything, no reaction, no words. Just heard me and left. Bad waffle? Ok, it happens and i would return as i have been satisfied before, but poor customer service that doesn’t just happen, you work for that.
