I had the worst experience with this salon. The services and the behaviour of the staff was very good. But the lady managing the salon, sangeeta's behaviour was extremely rude. We took a year's membership voucher. And every time we asked for an appointment, she behaved very badly with us. As if we are beggars asking for money. For our every concern, she only responded with 'aap behas mat karo' . Main aapse baat nahi kr rhi.. She has zero 0 manners while communicating with the clients. Not only, she behaved bad with me but also with my other 3 knowns. This was pathetic. This is the way you talk to your customers. You guys need to learn how you should treat clients. I never had such experience with the other salons of Jaipur, even with shades and sondaryam. I would never ever recommend it to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at VLCC mansarovar. Staff here is very friendly and has good experience. Everyone was professional, the salon is very hygienic. I got a complete bridal makeup by Sangeeta who did an excellent makeup..She is truly a gem! I like your waxing services.... @kritika and payal...

I've visited this salon and the gesture I've received from the Kritika is just amazing. It feels so relaxing and all the stress goes vanished. Highly recommended.

The staff is friendly, warm, and manager at front is very cooperative. They greet me with happy faces all the time. No matter which facial therapist I choose, I get the same relaxation every time with the utmost perfection. Payal is best for waxing,Love this place and its atmosphere.

Lack of transparency by the manager as to what to expect of the service and different services available. If you are charging a bomb, atleast be explicit about the range of services being offered. Quality of service was decent but not at all worth the amount charged. Have had better customer experience at same price point at Lakme salons and even private beauty parlours. Did not live up the expectations.

Attended VLCC mansarovar today - Did hair cut and clean up with detan. Staff were amazing. Soft spoken and made us comfortable throughout the service. I'm really grateful to Hasin who was my hair stylist and Payal and Kratika who did my clean up and detan. They all were too good. Thank you so much for your service.
