This is a very big temple and famous one. Everyone who is nearby this town will make sure to visit such historical place. Sri Krishnadevaraya also involved in the construction, they have modernized a bit so it will have more amenities. They have constructed a small mandir for vendi balli and bangaru balli also. Very peaceful place and great visit. During dhanurmasam, the sun's rays will fall over the main moola virat swamy, such a great architecture.

Very nice temple

This is a historic temple in this area dated back to centuries ago! We can see few inscriptions on the walls of the temple. There is a renovation going on in the temple which is expected to be completed in a few months from now. It is in a walking distance - just about a kilo meter - from bus stand. The preciding deity here is Kula daiva for many families in this area. Simple advise to the temple authorities is to safe guard those inscriptions and make it readable to visiting piligrims. Just paint the letters in the inscriptions so they can be read by people

Very old Chennakesava Swamy temple, must seen place near #Srisailam . In temple tirunala will happen around April and for Radha saptami 7 chariots and silver chariot vutsavam will be in a day like tirumala. Jai chenna kesava Jai Jai Chenna Kesava.

The temple is still in the construction phase, you can spend good amount of time with family.
