I have mixed opinion about this hotel. "-" during 7-days stay there was only one room cleaning and only because we've asked for it when it should be everyday (requirement for 3-star hotel) "-" there was no room service at all (also requirement for 3-start hotel) "-" there was no air condition (requirement for 3-start hotel) "-" service (people working entire year) seemed to be very upset and tired of working there and therefore unkind quite often "+" for the service working only during seasons, which was very kind, everyday (e.g Gabi, Sylwia, Kinga) "-" for COVID rules they couldn't handle without nervous situations with guests (e.g. food service during breakfast, long queues and dishes you couldn't see before ordering) "-" for swimmingpool being available only during the midday hours (too many people during evenings). So if you come to hotel to stay all day at the hotel, you can visit swimmingpool. However, if you come to Zakopane to do something else than only stay at hotel, you would never have chance to get to swimmingpool "-" for manager being unavailable in normal hours (he works only between 12am and 3pm). I wanted to discuss issues with manager, but I couldn't stay all day at hotel to try to catch him. In general, manager that is not available at the hotel doesn't really know, what is going on in his business. It's simply "no go" "+" total price for entire stay is quite ok I would come back if points from above are corrected, but for now I don't expect it to be fixed soon.

I lost my earring and found out about it at home. I tried my luck and did write an email to the reception. They were really helpful and found it! They sent it to me by post. The stay itself was great. The pool and jacuzzi could be used by whole day without any restrictions, room was spacious and comfy. You can find bowling alley there as well. Also, I got engaged here so only positive thoughs about this hotel. :)

I was with my friend only for spa, there is amazing sauna, hammam, pool and two jakuzzis. We had fun and really enjoyed, only thing is that they are giving only one towel and second one was needed too. And the fan is not working well. I had to leave spa with wet hair. But anyways it was too nice and perfect that I don't even mind about towel and fan. 🤗🤗 Really recommend for relax and chill. 😊

One of the best hotels I visited. Great location, nice food, god price, swimming pool, friendly staff, big car park. Rooms with great view of mountains - clean but without air conditioning.

Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast

One week family stay. Fantastic time. Great views from a restaurant. Delicious and abundant food. Friendly staff. Effective and restorative saunas. Evening bowling sessions. Close to one of the Tatra National Park’s entrances.

Very clean and cosy hotel, great views and nice facilities with warm jacuzzi :) breakfast is big but that and the restaurant are not vegetarian friendly at all.. Most of the guests are Polish and the staff speaks half english, but that just makes the experience even more authentic :)

We weren't even guests... Staying at a guest house nearby, we often had breakfast and dinner at Hotel Tatra. So when my wife became unwell (she's pregnant), we asked the reception crew for help/advice. Not only did they make many phone calls to find the right solution, they got us a driver to take us to the hospital! When I asked him how much I owed, he told me the ride was paid for by the hotel. So although I don't know about the hotel itself, I can tell you the food and staff are great. This is just INCREDIBLE service...

It is a very clean and beautiful new hotel with nice rooms with great view and comfy beds. The breakfast was good even though there were a few thigs missing like darker bread. The problem was that the personal was not as nice as it could have been. The front desk wasn't realy helpful and annoyed by any question. Also they tend to ignore their guests not only at the front desk but also in the restaurand.

Clean and tidy, parking space big enough to find slot for your car. There are some details like small stains on chair, etc. Staff is very nice and helpful. Good breakfast and food in restaurant.

Hotel management needs to go to IKEA, buy those FIXA protection and apply to all chairs in restaurant. Thank me later. Apart from that huge noise from chairs stay was OK, wellness not really up to the capacity of the hotel. No wellness robes and only one towel per stay. Mediocre service at the bar. Well spacious room (comfort), noticed no AC in the rooms and no cleaning (3 stars?) Breakfast were quite good, dinners so-so. Location is away from the city, but for us no issue as we were primary focused on mountains and Bus stop and groceries are 3 minutes walk distance. Reception was helpful in arranging taxi and providing some tips.

Quality rooms, spacious. Exceptional breakfasts and service. You can choose from many facilities such as spa, bar, bowling, biliard and so on. Well, what we really did not like was the fact the hotel does not have any designated hours for the spa to be ADULTS only. So you can meet from 10 to 15 screaming kids not only during the day but also in the evening. Would be really nice if the hotel arranged some hours for adults.

It was our second vacation in Tatra Hotel, we highly recommend it! Clean rooms, nice service, great food, family friendly. Kids play room could get new toys.
