have
mixed
opinion
about
this
hotel.

during
7-days
stay
there
was
only
one
room
cleaning
and
only
because
we've
asked
for
it
when
it
should
be
everyday
(requirement
for
3-star
hotel)

there
was
no
room
service
at
all
(also
requirement
for
3-start
hotel)

there
was
no
air
condition
(requirement
for
3-start
hotel)
"-"
service
(people
working
entire
year)
seemed
to
be
very
upset
and
tired
of
working
there
and
therefore
unkind
quite
often

for
the
service
working
only
during
seasons,
which
was
very
kind,
everyday
(e.g
Gabi,
Sylwia,
Kinga)

for
COVID
rules
they
couldn't
handle
without
nervous
situations
with
guests
(e.g.
food
service
during
breakfast,
long
queues
and
dishes
you
couldn't
see
before
ordering)

for
swimmingpool
being
available
only
during
the
midday
hours
(too
many
people
during
evenings).
So
if
you
come
to
hotel
to
stay
all
day
at
the
hotel,
you
can
visit
swimmingpool.
However,
if
you
come
to
Zakopane
to
do
something
else
than
only
stay
at
hotel,
you
would
never
have
chance
to
get
to
swimmingpool

for
manager
being
unavailable
in
normal
hours
(he
works
only
between
12am
and
3pm).
I
wanted
to
discuss
issues
with
manager,
but
I
couldn't
stay
all
day
at
hotel
to
try
to
catch
him.
In
general,
manager
that
is
not
available
at
the
hotel
doesn't
really
know,
what
is
going
on
in
his
business.
It's
simply
"no
go"

total
price
for
entire
stay
is
quite
ok
I
would
come
back
if
points
from
above
are
corrected,
but
for
now
I
don't
expect
it
to
be
fixed
soon.
