They took out time to understand my specific hair concerns and recommended a treatment tailored to my needs. The stylists Aakash & Kalim both are very knowledgeable and explained each step of the process, making me feel comfortable and confident in their expertise. The products used are high quality & the attention to detail during the application was evident. My hair felt revitalised. The cleanliness of the parlour was also noteworthy. The workstations were tidy and hygiene protocols were followed, which make the time spent there comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone who seeks hair treatment.

Went to this salon last week and was surprised how it was on my way to work but I never noticed it. Got a facial and pedicure done and the services were top-notch. The staff is super friendly and the owner herself is very down-to-earth and well-spoken. Special mention to Roma who provided me with the services and her and the rest of the staff welcomes you with smiles. The prices are slightly on the higher end but nothing I haven't paid at other renowned salons and faced disappointment there. Petal touch does offer you value for money. Will definitely visit again.

They have efficient staff.Waxing was smooth and kids haircut was also done beautifully. Also I appreciate the fact that like most famous parlours they don't compulse clients to go for Ricah wax. Overall a good salone in this area.

Thanks to ma’am for nice and friendly conversation always 😊🥰 Need to work on discount and point and costing policies. _ Half touchup should include hairwash as it’s included for full touchup. If some special hairwash needed then that much extra can be ask for. - points should be given for both the treatments regular and discounted treatments - if the appointment is rescheduled by 2 days and in previous date discount was included and in rescheduled date the discount is not included the concern person should inform the client at the time of rescheduling. The client should not be given the feel at the time of billing the client has got the discount (which was already offered)that’s why the client couldn’t redeem his or her points. - sometimes if the client inform-about not good treatment should take it positively like today the touchup came onface skin but no one accepted it instead excuses are given and very casual attitude shown towards the feedback. At least these things need to work upon for very old and regular clients.
