My
friends
and
I
had
a
very
uncomfortable
experience
here
yesterday
night.
As
soon
as
we
walked
in,
we
asked
the
bartender
if
you
were
closed
and
the
bartender
replied
by
saying
youuwere
only
open
for
drinks
because
the
kitchen
was
closed.
After
we
took
our
seats,
the
server
who
served
us
appeared
to
be
acting
rudely
and
aggressively
by
taking
the
napkins
from
our
table.
Shocked
by
this,
we
still
decided
to
order
drinks
and
decided
to
brush
off
the
uncomfortable
situation
that
had
just
taken
place.
One
of
us
ordered
a
red
wine
one,
after
taking
one
sip
they
had
mentioned
that
the
wine
tasted
a
little
corked,
as
three
of
us
come
from
wine
regions
we
know
enough
to
know
whether
or
not
wine
is
corked.
In
saying
that,
you
guys
had
responded
to
my
friends
review
calling
him
out
for
“facts
that
aren’t
true”
because
you
guys
had
explicitly
opened
for
his
order,
however,
as
anyone
who
possesses
the
basic
knowledge
of
wines
(like
we
do),
we
know
wine
CAN
still
be
corked
even
when
the
bottle
has
been
unopened
from
the
point
of
arrival
at
a
bar/cafe.
So
regardless,
whether
or
not
it
was
opened
explicitly
for
his
order,
the
wine
was
still
corked.
You
guys
claimed
to
have
tasted
the
wine
but
we
did
not
see
any
of
you
guys
taste
it.
Furthermore,
you
responded
to
another
friend
of
mine
who
left
a
review
stating
“maybe
experienced
a
different
atmosphere
then
normal
therefore
we
are
very
disappointed
that
you
would
reflect
this
to
us
by
providing
a
bad
review
and
incorrect
facts”
however,
it
makes
sense
to
base
a
REVIEW
off
of
what
WE
had
EXPERIENCED,
after
all,
isn’t
that
what
a
review
is
based
on?
You
mentioned
that
you
guys
were
close
to
closing
up
but
had
no
issue
with
us
having
a
drink,
however,
the
attitude
we
felt
from
the
staff
said
otherwise.
At
the
end
of
visit
we
all
agreed
that
there
was
an
unwelcoming
energy
from
the
bartender/waitresses
and
thought
it
may
have
been
because
it
was
late,
so
we
checked
the
closing
time
and
realised
you
guys
do
indeed
close
earlier
than
we
stayed,
which
was
kind
of
you
guys
to
do
but
after
the
experience
we
had,
we
would
have
much
preferred
to
have
been
turned
away.
Lastly,
we
are
disappointed
at
your
responses
to
our
reviews.
Rather
than
taking
it
as
constructive
criticism
and
taking
it
into
account
to
improve
your
establishment,
you
tried
to
“debunk”
or
call
us
out
from
spreading
false
information
which
is
absurd
considering
we
were
sharing
OUR
account
of
how
things
took
place.
To
invalidate
how
WE
experienced
our
visit
is
quite
unprofessional
to
say
the
least.
It
is
safe
to
say
we
will
no
longer
be
returning
to
this
cafe.
