A truly superb dining experience in the heart of Maastricht. The ingredients are top quality, the dishes are executed with finesse, the service is excellent and the atmosphere one of a kind. My one criticism is the cheesecake: I prefer baked cheesecakes and this one lacked the tang I would have expected. However, the dish as a whole sung together and the entire dining experience was so magnificent that I wouldn't dream of detracting from the overall rating. A must visit when in Maastricht. I will certainly be returning.

Beautiful restaurant (and hotel) in a gorgeous and exceptionally carefully renovated church. Extensive wine list. Delicious food. My steak Tornadoes was incredible.

The venue is even more spectacular than the pictures suggest - the UFO-like ceiling lighting could be a bit too ‘design’ but they work well. 3 - 6 set courses of fine dining small plates, and less expensive than one might expect for this standard of cooking and the venue. Service was warm and professional. Excellent special night out.

Went there 10 years ago and left very unimpressed, tried it again just now and left after half eating the main course. Uninspiring food, little flavour and over priced. Normally I’d just smile at them and say it was fine, but it was so dull I felt the need to tell the truth to the waiter. Of course they apologised and took a couple of the drinks off the bill but I won’t be back. I guess you’re paying for the building and not the food. At this price point there are way better options in Maastricht.

Beautiful location, with nice courses and a fresh atmosphere. The location is unique because it is an old church converted into a classy hotel-restaurant with modern touches. There are some modern artworks, but also the large lamps and design interior provide a fresh atmosphere in this place.

Location simply fantastic, service very attentive to clients. You can choose among different number of dishes (55€ for 3 dishes, 65€ for 4 dishes...), but the menu is limited. Worth to try.

Outstanding location! Food is also good, but have you seen the location?! Absolutely worth going, service was friendly, lunch menu was pretty solid and at a good cost benefit for the place you're at. Worth mentioning that you should give them a call if they're fully booked on their website, you might be lucky like we were and manage to get a spot.

Amazing dinner, great atmosfere

Beautiful hotel restaurant. Steak tartare was delicious, along with the foie gras that accompanied it. Venison was amazing as well. Highly recommended!!!

Don't go when it is busy! The lobster was just lobster, no sauce, nothing to dip it in nothing. The red potatoes were were mushy and dry. We ordered a btl of white wine. Our wine glasses were empty for awhile. I filled our water glasses with water, emptying out the bottle of water, the waiter immediately came to ask if we wanted another bottle of water. I asked if we had ordered only a glass of wine or if we had ordered a btl. We had ordered a btl. Could we have more wine. Sure. He came and refilled our glasses of wine, there was still a least a couple inches of wine left in the btl, but we never saw the btl again. It was busy. I had heard how great this place was, I was totally underwhelmed except for the price.

An incredible meal in an amazing 15th-century church dining room. All of our dishes were well prepared and tasty. The choreographed service was fun to watch. The paring Wines were well chosen, the best part of the evening was the wine service it was flawless, But it was hard to take them seriously with the oversized silly red ties they were wearing. In spite of the Red ties our group of 30 left very Happy.

The way they have renovated the place, it seems that nothing is touching the original structure. You are just suspended in between. Very well done! Service – Loved the attention to details. From the recommendations to the menu suggestions to the moving of furniture so we could take the perfect photos. Thanks! Food – Great food elegantly served. Had a v good lunch. Dinner - meal v good, service absolutely terrible. Finished my meal (glass empty, coffee finished, napkin on table) and zero attention from staff. They were all milled around Central staff area socialising with each other. 20 min after I finished before any staff came to check if I need something.
