A hidden gem! Dropped by for dinner one night and was so pleasantly surprised by the lovely experience and wonderful food. The host and staff were extremely friendly, the chef came out to check how we enjoyed the meal. The wine chosen with meal pairing was wonderful. Highly recommend if you want a quiet, enjoyable meal off the beaten path.

Booked dinner for Saturday evening with my wife, son and his girlfriend. All of us appreciate good food, wine and service. Our hopes were surpassed. The menu is not extensive, but it doesn't need to be, every dish is excellent, as are the paired wines. The restaurant is a delight and the service is friendly and smooth. Highly recommended for those looking to escape the tourist menus of the city centre and want to enjoy quality in every aspect. Definitely one that we will visit again.

Na het fiasco bij een ander zich restaurant noemende tent, meteen het Drifke gebeld om te kijken of daar nog plek was. Gelukkig konden we terecht en wat een verademing bij ‘t Drifke. Heerlijk rustig zitten, geweldig lekker gegeten en de wijn was uitzonderlijk goed. Ook het kaasplankje als dessert verdient een grote pluim, met een kaartje waarop herkomst e.d. genoemd worden. Een kleine kaart, maar die wisselt wekelijks. Echt een enorme aanrader, ook als je de binnenstad wilt vermijden. Hier komen we zeker terug!

Nice cozy restaurant, beautiful bright conservatory, free parking in front of the door. But most importantly the food, great flavors and beautiful combinations. Delicious matching wines. The passion of the owners is clearly present. More than worth it.

My favorite restaurant in Maastricht. The food is simply great and super affordable for the quality. Corresponding wines are offered by the glass to all dishes. Even though 't Drifke is slightly outside the center, it's definitely worth a visit because the boss cooks here herself :-)
