This is my favorite breakfast/ brunch is Maastricht. Excellent choice of foods(sweet and savory), coffee, and juices.. all natural.

Cute vegan restaurant where they serve breakfast and lunch. I ordered French toast with yogurt, fruit and agave syrup. Although the French toast were well made and delicious, they were quite heavy. I would suggest to make the portion size smaller but it’s a personal choice. Apart from this, the oatmilk cappuccino was very delicious. The atmosphere is good and the personnel is very friendly.

This is a Vegan restaurant with a lot of unique food combinations. I’m not a vegan/vegetarian but the food had a lot of different flavors. Drinks were great and the staff were very attentive.

We had brunch at Preps today. Service was good, atmosphere also, but food was not as great as we expected. Salads look and taste ok but they are overfilled with green leaves and just topped with a few additions. Hangover breakfast had one small pancake (quite dry), one super dry banana bread slice, half a slice of dry bread with poached egg and juice + coffee for 17 euros. We liked this place overall but would not necessarily come back for more than just a coffee.

Everything is healthy and delicious. We come every sunday for a chill moment and plus : it’s dog friendly 🐾

Very nice service, and great vegan and vegetarian options! We had the Tacos, the Tempeh Tandori, and the bread with fake salmon. All was very good, even though the salmon didn’t taste like salmon it was still a nice sandwich. The tempeh was definitely the best! Also the juices were great!

Amazing place in Maastricht!! Went there for lunch with a friend. She had the Quinoa Salad and I the Savory Pancakes. Everything was absolutely delicious!!! And even though the place was crowded the food came suuuuuper quickly! The staff was warm and friendly and menu is both in English and Dutch!! Couldn't recommend it enough and I'll be coming back again for sure!

During peak hours it may it a while to get a table. The staff is quick to clean, the food is prepared appropriately and the prices are very reasonable. Overall great for breakfast lunch or brunch.

This place is such a treasure! I was worried that there wouldn’t be many vegan options during my visit to Maastricht, but I could not have been more wrong. Tons of great vegan options, including pancakes and desserts. I’d recommend the scrambled tofu avocado toast or the vegan burger! The staff was also super sweet, amazing place!

This place has become on of our most favorite places to eat in Maastricht! Perfect for a brunch. Delicious and healthy options at a very reasonable price. I recommend the: Falafel Salad & Sea Blue Smoothie Bowl!

I had a wonderful brunch here. I didn’t know what to eat so I ordered one dish which had a little bit of everything. It was great! The soup was perfect too! Seats were comfortable. Highly recommended.

We came today to have breakfast for the first time at Preps. The menu is varied, full of colourful and diverse dishes. I like how effortlessly most dishes are vegan. I chose the karamel pancakes and my partner picked the scrambled eggs toast. We also ordered two lattes with oat milk. Everything was beautifully presented and in abundance. I don't recall a breakfast so decadent and plentiful ever. Lovely service, the prices were definitely justified and reasonable for the area.

Many sweet and savory breakfast options, both are good !! The eggs were poached very well, and the sweet options werent too sweet

food is nice but the coffee is a bit underwhelming. the atmosphere is not so good, everyone is sitting almost on top of each other. worth a visit but not sure i’d come back often

Food was delicious, however there was one rude waitress who was giving us an attitude while we were outside waiting to be seated. The inside was very loud, but that’s not something can be heavily controlled.

Really nice place. We went on a rainy Sunday before 10. We got a table fairly easy. But after 10 it got crowded. Luckily for the people arriving, tables were being freed fast. Portions were plentiful, and flavorful. Prices are around average compared to other places in the Netherlands. Service was good and fast, considering the amount of people. Friendly staff also :) If we ever go again to Maastricht, we will definitely pay another visit.

I really wanted to like this place more! Staff was very friendly and atmosphere cute and cozy. Coffee was good. However, they need to change description of scrambled eggs as there's no mention of red onions and spices. It wasn't at all something my kids would eat, and honestly, way too much red onion. Toast for both french toast and smashed avocado was way too thick, making both really challenging to eat. Yogurt and granola, as well as the pancakes were very good. I'd go back, but I'd stick with the coffee and the yogurt.

The food is really good and a good portion as well! I shared vegan pancakes and the harvest bowl. As a vegan in Maastricht it's definitely worth a try. Lovely how they decorated the pancake fitting the spooky season! Only thing: it's a bit crowded there tho.

Truly on of the best brunches I had in a while! Starting with the food, we asked for the chocolat pancakes (gluten and lactose free) and the scramble eggs; for drinks, we had the cinnamon latte (I'm still trying to recreate at home) and an 100% orange juice. The service was impeccable, specially since the house was full and it was sunday. Such helpful and sweet people. The house was full, yet we didn't felt it was too crowded, just filled with vibrant energy. A soothing music in the background could be nice, but the noise was too much for people to even listen.

Tasty food, perfect portions, amazing staff and cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend this for brunch, or afternoon coffee. The cinnamon latte is really tasty, and the salty caramel pancakes are delicious.

Just had a lovely breakfast! Vegan avocado toast with tofu & vegan bacon. It was huge. My boyfriend had the hangover breakfast and that was also very good.

I have ordered to takeaway for 1.15pm it was ready at 1.30 pm so I was waiting for 15 minutes and the employee in charged was not even sorry and was very arrogant. I know Preps since the beginning and they changed a lot since they have more customers. The problem is not the waiting time but more the attitude towards me. Edit: I changed my note, since they called me to explain that they are very sorry about what happened and that the employee didn’t meant to be rude or arrogant. I really appreciate that.

Such a lovely place! I always get at least one time here for breakfast when staying in Maastricht. The waitress’s are so friendly and the food is really good and fresh. Love it ☺️
