Great food at a really fair price! Kind employees and a very creative menu. The brownie wasn’t amazing but the rest of the sandwiches were super tasty.

Wenn dann mal ausnahmsweise, nach langem Suchen und Hungern sowie Dursten etwas Veganes in den tollen Niederlanden gefunden werden kann, dann aber so richtig. So hat SAP Bagel & Juice Bar Markt wieder absolut überzeugen können. Super freundliche Bedienungen, fantastische Milkshakes und tolle Bagelburger. Ihr seid da auch wirklich mal kreativ, das fand ich gut, ich komme sicher wieder. Ps: Ich habe bei 4 - 5 anderen Kaffees nach Soja- oder Hafermilch gefragt. Die haben mich angeschaut wie verblüffte Autos. Müssen die wissen. Gut, dass es SAP Bagel & Juice Bar Markt gibt. Auf dass die anderen lokale eurem Beispiel folgen :)

Great little place for a breakfast bagel. They were quite willing to give me an extra bagel with the breakfast deal for a very reasonable supplement.

Very cute lunch place, would definitely recommend! We had the vegan avocado BLT bagel and a liquid Pikachu (ginger pineapple drink), all very yummy!

Best pancakes I've had in a breakfast place 😁 I had the Smooth criminal pancakes, coffee and the Dutch crush fresh juice (the names on the menu lol), and they were delicious. Also my order came out quickly and the staff were very nice.

It’s really unfortunate that some of the staff at Olivia’s is so kind and the food is amazing, but over the weekend when I went to eat there I sat outside at a table that was dirty. I kindly asked the waitress to wipe off the table; however, she acted as if I had an unreasonable request. Not only did she not wipe off the table but she brought me my food on the dirty table. I did not want to eat on a dirty table so placed my food in the chair to switch the table with a clean one. I commented to the people beside me that I didn’t want to eat on a dirty table. We all agreed that was a normal want in a restaurant. Despite the incident I returned a few days later and once again sat at a dirty table. Not a big deal. They can clean it; however, the same waitress commented that I could sit at a clean table under her breath as she passed me. I asked her what she said as she was clearly acting as a bully and she insisted I should sit somewhere else. As the customer, she believed I should sit where it’s convenient for her not for me, the one paying the bill. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was in charge. I left in disgust at how entitled she was. I’ve waited tables and if I had a customer who sat at a dirty table even if there were 500 clean ones available I would happily wipe it off and serve them as that is the job I signed up to do. Sadly, Olivia’s lost as loyal customer as I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other amazing restaurants in Maastricht who better deserve my money. P.S. Your response is a lie. No one told me where to sit. And I did not realize the customer was leaving at the table where I was sitting as he was already standing. He also told me he did not mind if I took the table as he was on his way out. Post the camera footage. I was not screaming. I was simply telling the waitress she was in the wrong because she was. And we both know my 5-pound maltipoo is not dirty. But attack all you want. Ridiculous.

Wir waren am Wochenende im Dezember in Maastricht, als André Rieu sein Weihnachtkonzert veranstaltet hat. Die Stadt war overgrouded. Wir haben mitten in der Innenstadt dieses kleine Juwel an Bistro gefunden, als es dann noch fürchterlich geregnet hat und wir haben sofort einen Tisch für zwei bekommen. Das Ambiente ist toll. Die Auswahl an Speise Frühstücke, Bagels, Pannekoeken ist richtig toll. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unglaublich gut (Petite dejeuner, mit Bagel, Frischkäse, Marmelade, Orange Juice und Kaffee für in Summe 9,-€). Der Service ist super freundlich und auch für nicht nativ speeking immer da. Info am Rande: Man kann nur digital zahlen. Bargeld geht nicht ! Zukunft lässt grüßen. Ich würde gerne wieder dorthin gehen !

Lovely location and staff. Unfortunately a wait of 45 minutes for pancakes was not acceptable. One of my group had to leave hungry .

The service was very kind and warm, the staff is lovely. The 'I tried to be healthy' pancakes were - no hyperbole intended - the best pancakes I've ever had.

Delicious breakfast/brunch/lunch! Fantastic and many vegan options! The vegan bagel with chicken was the best bagel I’ve had, the vegan pancakes with chocolate tasted like healthy pancakes, but it was okay!

The food and drink are great here. Very healthy and tasty. Only one biggest problem is that often 2 waitresses working there. The one in the kitchen is nice and very friendly. But the one at the cashier, she is so much unprofessional and unfriendly, she doesn’t look at customer while asking for your order, or when customer pay. It always seem like she has a bad day. And as a business, customer should feel welcoming and respect so that customer can feel comfortable and enjoy their time at your store. I hope to see some improvement soon in this.

The bagels are not special but neither disappointing. The yogurt granola bowl is always a good option. They have rather tasty fresh juices. They have a terrace out front.

Delicious bagle place in the middle of Maastricht. From vegan, vegetarian to meat lovers you will find your bagle. They also serve pancakes, smoothies and other breakfast items. Food is nicely decorated and looks appealing. The wait on a Wednesday morning around 11am was approx 20 mins. Only two people worked there, one in the kitchen and one waiter but they worked as quick as they could and were very attentive and friendly. Value for money is pretty good. 👌I would come back 100%

Great option for breakfast or lunch. These were the best pancakes that I ever had!! It was so good that we actually went back the next day, but unfortunately they are closed at Sunday’s.

I used to love this restaurant and would come frequently. With the name change, the menu also changed and the prices increased while the quality of the food stayed the same or decreased. The staff and the location is lovely though.
