So good! The food and drinks are very good. They have monthly/weekly specials which are very nice. This also includes cocktails/beers. However, their lunch really shines. My favorites are the burger and the ceasar salad

Sorry, that was easily an awful burger. It is absolutely not good in price performance. The bread was not a hamburger bun. It was a complete mess, the juices were flowing out. It does not deserve 18.5 €. My perfect trip in Maastricht was ruined by this burger. The patatoes were OK.

Friendly service, good meat and seafood selection, sometimes rather too loud but some people enjoy that too.

August 2023 The most people seem to like the cafe opposite. This place has a nice atmosphere and the paid a lot of attention to detail. You'll see that everywhere (1 hint, look closely at signs toilet). Had breakfast and was oke. Bread was really good the eggs Benedict were oke. Cappuccino (lovely presented) was oke, could be a bit stronger. Croissants were not ready, while it was already one hour open. A lot of staff, service is quick.

Tolles Café mit Ambiente und Charme.Obwohl alle Tische ständig besetzt waren und wir recht eng zusammen gesessen haben, fühlt man sich hier direkt wohl.Das Personal ist super freundlich und mega aufmerksam.Wir waren zum Frühstück dort.Alles was wir gegessen und getrunken haben war optisch nett angerichtet und geschmacklich ohne jede Beanstandung richtig gut.Preislich zwar kein Schnapper,aber es war es wert.

Sehr nettes Restaurant mit einer tollen Küche. Der Service war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn es voll ist, dann kann es schon ein bisschen lauter sein, aber der Gemütlichkeit schadet es nicht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The staff is very friendly, the place is pretty well located between central station and the old town so it’s a good stop to start your journey through Maastricht. The food is good but the coffee was a bit pricy, €4,50 in a flat white is quite pricy.

If you are in Maastricht and you wanna have a lovely breakfast, then don't miss this place. I am the big fan of their american pancakes and the breakfast bowls. Seated outside, you can enjoy the vibe in Maastricht. Staffs are young and polites.

I don't like to give negative feedback but I hope that my critic can be useful for the management of this place and for the future clients. It is asbolutely not possible to charge 17,60 euro for a glass of warm water and a gin tonic, even in these hard times of very high inflation. What I paid is, undoubtely, utterly unfair and disproportionate! Furthermore the glas of warm water, that was supposed to be a ginger tea with fresh mint in, it has been prepared in an embarassing cheap way: the tinniest slice of ginger that you can even imagine and just two, only two leaves of mint! served at a warm temperature, surely below 60 degrees, and not at a hot temperature how it should be. Not to mention 13,60 euro paid for a simple glas of gin tonic and the pushy waitress that came two times in a very short time to ask if we wanted to order something else.

Food was adequate for lunch. Ambience was great and lots of good positivity. What really made a good experience was our waiter Helena. She was extremely outgoing, friendly and overall changed our outlook on the restaurant.

Casual place. I like the steak tartare (a lot) and the ravioli (not on menu currently), but the Limburg beef is also excellent.

Worst experience ever!! 29€ for an Entrecôte which was cooked to death! Ordered it medium. Was not even possible to cut with a knife. Shame on the chef that he…first: uses a piece of meat like that, second: let this dead thing out of the kitchen and really thinks he can offer that to a guest! For sure i complaint and sent it back to the kitchen…only to wait 25min (all other family members were already finish with their dinner!) to received a new one which was not one peace Entrecôte anymore: it was now cut into four slices!!! Disgusting. For the “chef’s”information: an Entrecôte is ONE peace of meat! I don’t know which profession the one in the kitchen has but he is definitely not a Chef. If you don’t know how to prepare an Entecôte - don’t place it on the menue. I tried to talk with the chef-but i was told “he is too busy”. Thanks god, Maastricht has so much more restaurants. Btw: Kobe restaurant has a wonderful tenderloin for even 28,25€…

I liked this place a lot. Very good location and environment. Excellent food. Not super cheap but prices are in line with the standards of the city. Good price-quality ratio

We happened to get stuck into Wycker for breakfast/brunch. It was excellent both in terms of dishes and service. We then just came back for dinner. It is a pity that we are leaving tomorrow otherwise we would come again for breakfast. Summary: highly recommended very good food and excellent service.

I just moved to Maastricht and is also my first time in this lovely large town. I have been served from Alex, a great bartender which does everything even entertains his guests in front him. really good food. Right price for what I had.

Nice brunch at Cabinet Bistro. Friendly and fast service. Nice Atmosphere as well. Between Central station and the centre. All in walking distance.

Very relaxed atmosphere with a wide selection of wines, beer, gin drinks and food. They have daily specials (in English and Dutch) as well as recommended drink pairings. I ordered the mussels and the portion was huge! My husband and I shared and we still couldn’t finish them, great value for what you got. The risotto was also outstanding. The kitchen was a little slow however the service was good.

What a delectable menu! Full of surprises as well as standbys, I highly recommend enjoying tapas or cocktail hour at this Bistrot-Bar. The cheese platter (pictured) offers several seasonal cheeses, artisinal olives and breads. The oysters are expertly prepared as well. There is a large selection of cocktails, wines and beer as well as soft drinks. So something for every palate. Enjoy!

Very good atmosphere and friendly staff. Free tap water and high quality food. It's a little more expensive than average on bistros. However due to their reputation it is always very crowded here so If your uncomfortable in crowded places this might not be the best place for you.
