Wer einen guten Italiener in Maastricht sucht, wird hier fündig. Die vorangegangenen, vielen guten Bewertungen, sind alle absolut berechtigt. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend hier verbracht. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen hat uns auch gut geschmeckt. Bemerkenswert war aber auf jeden Fall die Atmosphäre an diesem Abend. Jemand vom Nachbartisch hat sich ans Klavier gesetzt und ein paar Stücke gespielt, ein schönes Erlebnis. (02/23)

We went there with my brother and my wife and we where surprised by the quality and service of this cosy Italian Ristopub. Kind and professional staffs, cosy and warm ambience, and very good quality. They were full house but thanks to an Italian customer she gave us her table. We took Italian starter, 3 pizzas and the famous tiramisu. We are Italians (from Napoli) and we miss Italy but here we felt at home. Thanks guys and see you soon

Amazing food and super friendly service! I invited my family who came for a visits from Germany and we were amazed by the quality of the food. Especially the pizza was great (and that being said by my mom, living in Verona many years) 😉 Highly recommend going if you’re looking for good and affordable food in Maasi!

Great food for a nice dinner out, and the cheap lunch offers are great! Also waiting times for take out are usually very fast. 10/10 recommend

Paletti's pizzas are great, and the other dishes (in particular the specials) are usually amazing as well. The service is fantastic and the atmosphere is that of a true Italian/Apulian restaurant (coming from an Italian). Always very happy to pay them a visit 🙃

The pasta's are delicious! Service is kind but a bit slow. Had to ask for a refill and desert. Great tiramisu!

Nice restaurant with a good atmosphere. Very friendly waiters. We had pizza and a burger and they all were a bit disappointing. Soft and chewy. The meat dish as a starter was good.

My favorite restaurant since I moved to Maastricht. The staff is very kind and helpful, while the dishes offered are always delicious. I've been going to this place for 1 year now and have never had any problems. If you want a pizza, I always take the "Gustosa" as it's very rich!

We spent an excellent evening there. We ate a vegetarian plateau as a starter, then two delicious pizzas to end with home made tiramisu. The staff was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. The furniture is very classy and comfortable. It's a great value for money! We're definitely coming back! :)

I've come here for the past years and If I always come back there must be a reason! Pizza is great, place is cozy and clean and the staff is EXCEPTIONAL in their attention to the customer. I really feel home here. 100% suggested!!!

Very rude staff, it took extremely long for the food to arrive (1h30m)! Response to owner's response: I am not sure what you mean by "we cannot give more than an hour to wait for orders". In relation the food boy, he was kind and understanding unlike the person who picked up the phone when I called about my order 1h after ordering it. That's what the very rude staff comment is based on, because if the first person that I have contact with when entering a restaurant is that rude I'm afraid of what is to come. Anyway, thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

It was very busy when we got there, but they found us a table! Lovely and friendly staff who aren’t afraid to recommend their favourites. The pizza was fantastic, lasagna so so. But overall we really enjoyed the meal and the vibe!

The pizza here is some of the best you can find in Maastricht. However, the pasta is nothing special (despite above average prices), nor are other non-pizza dishes. Pasta is not made fresh in-house, which is disappointing for a place that seeks to lay claims to being THE authentic Italian restaurant in the city. Portions of pasta are also quite small (and pricey). On a positive note, the tiramisu, when available, is very tasty.

Amazing pizza and pasta!! The staff is also great!! I love Dario he’s always so kind!!!! We tried also some charcutierie which was so good! Really nice wine selection as well! We go everyweek!!!

Best pizza in the city centre (Italian review)

Had an amazing pizza while a mate had some pasta with fish and said it was the best he ever had. Very kind and available staff. Prices are quite reasonable for the quality of the food. 10/10 going again
