Beautiful decor. Improvement points: Ticket Pricing is out of this world! Drinks and snacks are almost all 98% prepackaged. Drinks and snacks are CRAZY expensive for this place in this city in this country. (To give you an idea: NYC, Paris, London and LA are cheaper) The amount of choices for movies is very disappointing. The timetables are ridiculous and there is almost no discount benefits for families, students or people with low-income.

As far as movie theaters go in this area, Pathé is on the more expensive side. However, this price is reflected in the quality of service. The chairs were comfortable and clean. Sound and visual quality was great and there was a large assortment of food and drinks available. As far as I know you don't get any breaks during a movie though. Overal a good experience!

All foodtrays taken in shop and foyer " it's really busy". Well no it means Pathé tried to save money by not buying enough trays for all visitors. Many people were without during our movie. Also- not possible to pay with cash for tickets or even snacks.. Just a big FY to customers..

Great cinema for blockbuster movies. Popcorn and all "locker" movie foods and drinks available. All self service. Super tidy and modern movie theaters. Watch out: payable by card only!

Seats were a bit stiff, image quality could be a bit more calibrated. Seems a bit too bright and slightly soft. Sound quality is very good though. Good selections of snacks and drinks.

I went to zaal 6. It was in nice condition, they have love seats which is great for families. Good quality of picture and sounds. Snacks are a little bit pricey.

Great mainstream theatre experience. If only the local patrons with kids would talk less during movies!!! Even after shhh-ing, it continued throughout multiple screenings. Must be a cultural thing...

Really rude staff, took my young children to see The little Mermaid and because we arrived 5 min late we were told that we could not be admitted. Two crying children and the staff seemed to take joy in upsetting the children. Left utterly disgusted. A course in customer service might be a good idea

My favourite cinema in Maastricht. Great Sound, comfy chairs, always clean, everything is up to date.

Very nice people and a wide selection of movies. Ways to collect coins and save money. All in all great experience.

Top Cinema, service is amazing. Toilet always clean and accessible. Different kind of food and drinks to enjoy the movie. 2D, 3D 4D , you name it, they have it. My opinion, best cinema in town

Very good customer service ! I made a typing error of my bank number during buying tickets online using vouches, then the system crashed and I am afraid my vouches were wasted. I called the service, fortunately they were still working at 20:30, actually they work until 22:00. And I was helped immediately and very kindly, and I could use my vouches again to buy tickets after 1 hour. Many thanks to the lady who picked my call and helped me.

The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that the seats were kind of dirty.... Not sure how often they clean the cinema...

Staff deliberately take longer to let you in, it's stressful. Focus on your customers please, this way it's easier for them to enjoy themselves.

It is my first time in cinema in the Netherlands and it was just perfect 🥰 we have attended the Movie "Top Gun Mavrik" in Dolpy and it was amazing. The staff are super nice and helpful 😊 also the popcorn and the Natcho were super The seats were comfortable and we booked a couch and It was my first time to set on a couch not a chair and attend a movie in cinema The was nice and it will not be the last time we come there I hope I can get the 4D experience soon

It is the newest Cinema in Maastricht for showing Hollywood-style movies, with 3D and other advanced features. It has various salons and a place to get snacks. Occasionally there might be some exhibitions as well. One can buy tickets online, at the machine automat inside the cinema, or at the ticket desk. They also have certain monthly discounted memberships for those who go to movies frequently.

One couldn't buy tickets at the door, only online reservations allowed. The rest was good, despite the very expensive drinks and food

Very good installations, helpful staff, clean, confortable and organized. Very easy to purchase the tickets online. To park in the streets is very difficult, there is a big parking lot right behind the building.

They have increased the ticket prices recently after corona. Now normal ticket price is 11 euro. If you have a membership card its worth it. And you will get discount for snacks also.

The theater itself is huge and it gives a lovely atmosphere to watch a movie. The variety is great and the journey of scanning tickets, then walk through the food and drinks, to then go to the movie is nice. The prices of the food and drinks are (however normal for cinemas) very expensive, the profit marge on those products is huge (you pay triple if not quadruple the price here then in a grocery store). Another thing is that it's a little hard to access with car. Yes there is a parking lot next to it, but there you pay, depending on the movie 8 to 10 euros on parking costs. All of this together: the tickets, the snacks, drinks ( I know you dont need to get them but lets assume you do) and parking make it a pretty expensive night out altogether, if you don't live close by.

This cinema is always amazing. Tons of Parking nearby. Every kind of movie in original language. The snacks everything from Starbucks Coffee to healthy nuts and dried fruit - beer wine etc. the most impressive thing. Is how clean every area of that cinema is and how friendly the staff are. The apps and subscriptions are worth it if you enjoy cinema experience often. They also Decorate very nice and the 4D MAX experience was very cool and worth every penny
