A glittering hotel most likely designed to match up with modernity , the rooms are in a normal size but very beautiful and clean . The staff is very respectful .

The hotel is sooo aesthetically pleasing, they have a hangout room with free coffee and tea, board games, fussball, an outdoor patio, and self checkin and checkout. The rooms have a lot of space as well as the bathrooms, and breakfast is good.

The hotel is very close to the train station, so it's very easy to find. It has a pretty design and a modern concept and the staff is very friendly. The beds are very comfortable.

I don't write many reviews, but I felt the need to add to the glowing reviews for this place. It simple, its unassuming, but it's comfortable, clean, stylish, and in the perfect location. The water bottles in the fridge, excellent coffee, lounge with games, and fruits /pastries are a nice touch. It's also priced right, like not ultra cheap, but not expensive either. This will be my go to place to stay next time I come here.

Great location, near the train station. Although it’s a self check in hotel, but if you check in in the afternoon there still be a person in the lobby helping you with the check in kiosk in case you have any questions. Room is clean and spacious. Lots of stuff to play with in the hangout area on the ground floor. Free coffee and some snacks, fruits! Great experience!

A delightful place to relax. I visited the hotel in October and was delighted. The rooms are clean, a cozy hall where everyone can find something to their liking. Excellent sound insulation, which is always important for me to get enough sleep during my vacation. It is located close to the center, which makes it easy to move around the city. And they also have breakfast that they deliver directly to the room❤️ You feel special. Excellent service! I'll definitely be back.

A very nice and playfull hotel in the centre of Maastricht. From the self-service bar to the hangout room full of games, books and tabletop footbal, it was all a blast. Everything was dressed and styled like a pop culture museum and we liked it allot. We where there in the midst of Carnaval but even decided to just hang back and chill at the hotel. Rooms where very nice too. We Booked the medium room and even that one was quite big. We will come back to this place once We have the chance.

It's a great hotel located near the center. The check-in check-out is automated which is something I don't like, I believe a human welcome is a lot more pleasant. The rooms are rather big and pleasantly decorated. I just find there is a discrepancy between the supposedly green mindset (water counter on the shower, message for the towels, message for the lights off; which is great btw) and the hotel offering small plastic bottles of shampoo, singe use hand soap, or even old shower heads when you have new systems consuming a lot less water per minute. I am definitely in favor of eco efforts but it needs to be consistent.

Fab hotel in great location just minutes from station and not far to the centre.Every thing is self service but there is somebody on call not far away .We never opted for the breakfast as thought it was a little expensive for what it is but Bagel and Beans is just around the corner. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all.

The staff is responsive and discreet, as is the decoration, which is why it is beautiful. Very cozy place. This place will definitely appeal to those who want to get away from the whole world. We especially liked the attic floor, because... The baby and I are not tall. I'm sure everyone will find something of their own in this place. I recommend not passing by. Thank you, see you again.

Excellent location if you're coming for the Andre Rieu concerts!. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, staff are very pleasant and will help with anything. There's an honesty bar plus free coffee, tea, fruit and bottled water in the lounge of the hotel. Cracking little place.

This is the first time I was staying in self service hotel (never thought before it’s actually possible). I like the idea of self checkin/checkout, honesty bar where you can make drinks by yourself. The interior design looks modern although I can feel the spirit of 80’ which I really liked. We had a medium room which was quite specious, clean with a separate toilet and bathroom. I slept with an opened window so it was quite noisy because of the road. I will defenetely recommend this hotel to my friends!

Had the utter misfortune of booking a night at The Dutch and we will never darken their doors again Only after hitting the submit button did I notice the date did not match my original search. I immediately called customer service but they would only volunteer to contact the hotel to see if the hotel would "permit" the change .....guess what? They didn't. If I'd tried to change after a day or even after 1 hr, sure, hold me accountable but when I'm calling you literally within 15 seconds to alert you there is a problem and I not only was looking for a different date but I was looking for TWO nights & not one. Nope. They could not have cared less & I was now committed to staying for 1 night, 2 months earlier than I had searched for And how awesome that I am a gold member on a certain “hotels” booking site. They were useless! So if you're looking for a hotel that offers decent customer service and would be a repeat-worthy visit, this is not the place. I cannot believe your customer service is so strict that someone calling within seconds, to alert an error has been made, is given zero consideration or benefit of the doubt. So yeah, you got 1 night out of me. You could have had 2 nights and a repeat visitor. Never again...

I did love the self-serving tools and the space with food in the living room was awesome. I was expecting to have a heater with the cold weather and the windows couldn't be opened.

Terrible experience. The room was freezing cold when we arrived with our 1 year old baby. It took us some time to figure out that air co could also warm the room. Then we were charged 8.50 euros each for a ridiculous breakfast comprising one yogurt, one juice and one dry piece of cake (while the leaflet we received with the breakfast says “complimentary” which is obviously a lie). No one was present at the reception at ANY time during our stay. I feel ripped off. Never again

I spent here 2 nights for work reasons. The hotel is very comfortable and newly furnished. The service at the reception is great and helpful for everything you need. In the morning the breakfast was served directly to the room by the staff; you just need to fill a form were you specify at what hour you prefer the breakfast and also the type (sweet or salty). The room was very warm (i stayed there in November and outside I was freezing) and the bed really comfortable. The only tiny problem was a smell of smoke in the bathroom.

The Dutch Hotel is really close to the bus and train station so it is really easy to navigate. The rooms were beautiful and really clean with everything done on time and with care. The breakfast package is great and always on time. Honestly self-service isn't a problem and the staff will help you if you need them. Overall it was a beautiful experience and I totally reccomend it. The price can be higher comlared to some hotels but the quality speaks for itself.

Not my kind of hotel . Very special style. No employees. Breakfast delivered in a bag to your room.

Nice self checkin hotel , easy to do it ,pretty straightforward. They have a bar that is also self served, and you just fill in the form at the end.The only demerit i can say is they dont have parking space of their own. Location is a few hundred meters from the station and very close to the city centre.

Great location, 5 minute walk from the station and 10-15 from central Maastricht. Big, clean rooms with lots of plugs and different lights which is always nice. The hangout spaces seemed nice although I didn’t spend any time in them. The breakfast was good for the cost (although nothing great) and exactly what I needed to get going in the morning. I don’t mind the self check in and lack of staff too much but when tried I calling reception a few times over an hour or so to ask for something nobody answered. Late check out is quite expensive at 25 euro for an extra 2 hours.

What an amazing hotel! The concept is great, quirky little details throughout the hotel! Very close to the station, the city center and all the shops. Make sure to book direct so you get free mini bar! And discount on the bar drinks (win!). They offer a breakfast bag which is great, because it's like ordering room service, without the expensive fees. You also get free coffee, tea, water and snacks at the hotel's hangout room. I stayed in a Medium room, with nice views of the main street, which is actually a super quiet and green street. A truly special hotel, with amazing value for money! Definitely recommend :)and want to be back next time I'm in the city.
