The room was freezing. Even if we put the temperature higher, it did not get warmer, basically because of the windows that are not properly isolated and you can feel cold and humidity coming in. I asked for a second duvet but the staff forgot. I left soon after asking it, but they could leave it in my room. They didn't, and when I was back there wasn't anybody any longer I could ask (apart from the security guy, who could not handle such requests). The hotel is very basic, you have to pay even for a coffee or hot water. Definitely it is not worth the price paid on that night (there was an event in Maastricht and it was really expensive). The only good thing is the location. Close to the central station and the city center.

A nice hotel in the centre of Maastricht near all the fun that happens in the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, the shower has also enough space to place all your shampoos and take a nice bath. Stayed there for 3 nights and it was quite and the beds comfortable to sleep on. One amazing thing is that you can't get in the hotel at night without your room key card , therefore not letting strangers entering the hotel keeping it safe.

Great stay, friendly and accommodating reception team. Excellent location - right in the heart of Maastricht. Compact room that has everything you need from a hotel room.

New hotel. Clean and spacious for price. Helpful staff. Located within walking distance from train station, although Maastricht's pebble streets and sidewalks made it challenging to walk with rolling suitcases. Rooms on second floor can get a bit noisy from pedestrians walking below. We had a room facing the Meuse river, which was pretty nice. Some things to note: -no refrigerator -no electric kettle, but there is a vending machine at the reception. -they do not clean your room daily, though new towels are available on request.

Very nice hotel in the city center near the river. The room is small but there is everything you need

Modern and clean hotel in the heart of maastricht. The room design is simple but everything is new and clean. The stuff is super friendly and always available. We'd definitely come back.

Amazing location, walking distance to everywhere including the station, very clean and tidy rooms. Awesome river view. Stuff is amazingly helpful, especially the gentleman who was at the reception name Frank. Had a great time. Defined got better value than what i paid. Highly recommended to everyone.

Great place to spend the night (or two). Good price-to-quality ratio. Location is perfect for people just arriving since it is about a 10 minute walk from the main station. I selected to check-in in the afternoon but due to delays did not arrive until almost 23:00 but they have 24-hour reception which comes in handy for this. Rooms were clean and good size. Only small complaint would be outside the windows are quite dirty and the ceilings maybe need some retouching but other than that was good. Also would have been nice maybe for rooms to have a complimentary water and maybe some cheap slippers for those arriving really late.

Great value for money in a beautiful city. About a ten minute walk to the train station. No frills but clean and perfect for the traveller on a budget. There is a lift (elevator) but a warning to wheelchair users and those with mobility aids: Maastricht center is covered in cobblestones making it difficult. There are some sidewalks but more cobbled than not. There is no hotel parking but there is a Q Park just a two minute walk away

for a budget hotel its good , the location is perfect its right next to the main square and i had a great view of the river fro my window. they have a 24 hour reception which is great for questions. i found my room to be cold despite adjusting the AC. I stayed for 4 days and they didn't clean the room at all. I didnt need a towel change but it would hhave been nice for someone to empty the bin. there are no extra amenities like a fridge or a microwave which i found a little inconvenient but that may be the standard for these kind of rooms.

Excellent location, right next to river, with a lovely view of of the otherside. The city center is a minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and the staff is very nice

The place was great, the price was somehow affordable, the downside is that they don't have a restaurant where you can get food, but anyways there are some around the corner. The internet was somehow unstable as I stayed there, but hopefully it isn't too much of a deal.

It was a great stay and super service by Frank (reception) and Marco (GM). They are very service minded. The room was super clean with a great view on the river Maas. (Room 110) The location is in the heart of the city but has the tranquility of a farmhouse. (Good isolation) We are definitely coming back!

Great place to stay. Good price for such a convenient location. Perfect for people visiting Maastricht since it is easy to get walk to from the main railway station. Flight was delayed did not arrive until evening and was glad of the friendly welcome Rooms were clean and fresh. Will stay again and will recommend to friends and family.

Stayed here with a few friends with some bicycles and they let us keep our bikes in the courtyard overnight. Decent room again decent price, can’t complain especially about location - great for proximity to bars and the town without being remotely loud

Rooms are very tiny, but in line what you might expect for these prices. We only looked for a place to sleep, because we away all the time. Location is superb (view on the Maas) for visiting city center and service is outstanding. Happy to stay here again, certainly recommendable...

Price is very good for the location and room that you get. Location is near the centre right next to the Maas. Rooms are simple but feel spacious. Hotel staff are friendly and 24/7 available.

Easy hotel is what it claims to be. Functional and cheap. Some reviewers comment on the small rooms, but that's clear on the website of the hotel. The reception is manned 24/7. There is a vending machine and coffee station at the reception. After check out one can use the large lockers for €3 to store any bags. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The rooms have nice showers and the temperature can be regulated too. For the price, the hotel is a good deal. Many rooms have wonderful views of the waterfront. An ideal base for a short trip to the city. Perfect for a single person or 2 people sharing the room.

According to other reviews, cards on the table: yes the room is not as big as other hotels, but it really is a super super nice place to rest! It’s absolutely clean and the sunlight can easily reach the room, it’s amazing. The receptionists are all the nicest people I’d ever met, lobby and public area is clean and neat, it has anything you need. The bathroom is clean af, bed is super comfy, the two nights we stayed were speechless - amazing. Easy hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I travel👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Nice friendly staff a clean hotel. The room wasn't very big, and the only thing that was annoying was that there wasn't a place to leave our clothing when we changed for the night. Because of corona we could pick our breakfast at 09:30, and it was a really nice and simple breakfast. The location of the hotel is also very nice, it's really close to everything in Maastricht.

Hotel is at very good location. Very clean. Comfortable. Everything was working well. We had no problem with the room or staff. When we come again Maastricht, no doubt and no research for the hotel any more, easyHotel is great.

Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Extremely cold in the rooms. We have explained the issue to the reception and initially she advised to get an extra blanket. 😊😊 After I have insisted, we have received another room... Unfortunately exactly the same... very, very cold.

This hotel really lives up to its name: everything was smooth and EASY. Not a fancy place and you’ve just got the basics (bed, shower, TV) but it’s all you need and for the price, it’s a great deal. Clean, convenient, straightforward. The location next to the river was also quite nice. I’d stay here again.

This hotel is far too expensive for what you get. No table or chair to put your stuff on, no window that could be opened (the airco was on, but that is not needed at all at this time of the year). The place looks like a youth hostel but we paid more than 170 euros for one night (it was a Saturday). There is no place to park your car. No place for breakfast, they have an agreement with a place 10 minutes walking from the hotel, but only starting at 9, while you had to check out at 10 (and the guy at the breakfast place was rude when we were there 20 minutes before 9). Don't pay 170 for a night, it is not worth even half of that. An excellent example of a rip-off

Great place to spend a couple of days in Maastricht. Our room was spacious very clean and with windows, at least one window could be opened a bit. The Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The hotel is in an excellent location, only 10 minutes from the train station but if you have a problem (for example the heating in your room is not working!) customer support is non existent!

  • 3/5 Teus R. 1 year ago on Google
I pay a reasonable amount to have my bed made up... Even that this hotel falls short of. You come back from a day in the city and expect your room to be cleaned but not here.

Enjoyed my stay. Centrally located. Friendly service. Difficult to open windows for fresh air. Beds are too firm, really uncomfortable. Would stay again.

The upside is that there are functioning tv’s. That’s about it. When we came into the room we saw that it wasn’t cleaned. There were socks on the floor and blood stains on the pillows. Not to mention the dirty handkerchief under the pillow. Overal disappointing experience.

Stayed for 3 nights. Simple & no frills hotel. Check in is simple & fast. But room is only available from 3pm onwards. Check out is by 10am. Elevator is available. Daily house keeping isn’t available but you can have an exchange of towels by bringing to the reception. You can also loan a hair dryer from the reception.

Good hotel for a fair price with clean rooms and comfortable bed. Can be a biy noisy in the evening times.

Fantastic location and clean rooms. The only problem is that they still are not accepting cash to ensure "staff safety". They are clear about this on the website, but the reasoning makes no sense as covid does not linger on surfaces... Everything great apart from this one dystopic issue.
