Beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed, lots of thick towels and very nice shampoo and shower gel. Very clean everywhere. Would definitely recommend.

Clearly a big disappointment. Rooms are ok. Service is a disaster. We couldn’t have breakfast in the morning because we were told it was full, and that we and our 3 children have to wait half an hour to be able to have breakfast. Anyway we found a restaurant outside that was serving breakfast. The cleaning of the room was not done after we asked 2 times. They did partially cleaned our room when we asked for the third time but the sheets were not changed, the garbages bag were not cleaned, the vacuum not done… And to finish the dinner at the restaurant was a total joke. The wait never stops. Half of the food arrived uncooked… we are hoping to not get sick from it. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Had a meal in the restaurant, it was truly amazing, the food was very well presented, cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. We were not staying at the hotel, but wanted a meal before the concert, the staff were very accommodating, recommended the best time to eat and the overall service was top quality.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The restaurant is very tranquil, and provides an oasis of calm very close to the bustling centre of Maastricht. My room was well equipped with coffee maker and Bluetooth speaker, great shower. Hotel also has a very nice bar.

Great location, located very few meters from downtown, the room clean, warm and cozy and the bathroom immense with everything you need. The receptionist very kind, recommended us two nice meat restaurants and answered all our curiosities. Thank you very much for the welcome, it was a really pleasant stay. Recommended!

The hotel is very disappointed for to be a 4 starts Hotel , in the room the heater was not really working how it should since was mention a temperature of 19-22 degrees but was absolutely cool, during the night was a lot of noise and at 8:00 am the fired alarm went on without any reason ! Very bad experience!

The property is beautiful with amazing views and incredible staff! I had the great chance to connect with the welcoming staff and it was very easy to do so as they are so inviting! The location is perfect to visit Maastricht with so many food options nearby! I can’t wait for the day to come back to this property! Just to add an example of how amazing the stay was — I had a very early morning flight from Maastricht airport and the Hotel made sure I woke up on time and even drove me there instead of making me take the 50 minute long commute, because the receptionist was driving past that way. I cannot say this enough and I do travel a lot but this has been the most excellent stay I’ve had yet!

Last week we stayed in Hotel Monastère for the 4th time, it's our favorite hotel to stay when we visit Maastricht. Great rooms, lovely breakfast and excellent service. Unfortunately we had a minor inconvenience in our room, which immediately got picked up by the staff. They moved quickly moved us to a different room. Also they went above and beyond to help us with a request we've made for my partners birthday, so thanks for the great service!

This is an outstanding hotel in which to stay. Accommodation & food (breakfast & dinner) superb; and facilities perfect for conducting meetings. I conducted my meeting (early April 2022) with 28 people and we were looked after very well.

Superb hotel! Couldn't fault my experience. The room and en suite were beautiful, the level of service was impeccable and location very central. Highly recommend, would return again whenever I visit Maastricht.

We paid about € 500,00 for a very tiny room at the 3th Floor, , the loft, for 1 night. We booked that room in May. Because of the performance of André Rieu om the 7th of July, the price was rock high. That we knew, but we expacted for that price al least a standard double room !! Realy shocking and absurd….

Clean and tidy rooms. No closet or mini-fridge in ours. Excellently located near the citie's centre square. Breakfast was good enough but not spectacular, and tables were a bit small. No real places to work during the day.
