Yes it is only a 2 start hotel and one should judge it as such, but it's really quite a dump. Room was so small you can barely turn your @ss, extreme breeze coming into the room, mattress so soft that it feels like you're falling off the bed and a bathroom with the toilet against the wall of the shower so you literally need to get up to even wipe. Not the best, however ... brilliantly located to see Maastricht, friendly staff and a basic but decent breakfast. Try to not sleep on the front side of the hotel! People exiting the nearby nightclubs will wake you otherwise.

Steps are too narrow to climb even by a healthy person. No clean towels at the rooms present. Too noisy outside, till around 3 in the morning. The room and bathroom were too small. But the personel was friendly and helpful.

We stayed there for one night, and the staff was super helpful all the time. It was first time in the Netherlands that hotel staff was so friendly. The hotel was clean and in good standard, in excellent location. Highly recommend!

It was OK, but not good. The rooms are really small and they need more maintenance. The stuff is nice and the breakfast was OK. The best thing is really it is in the centre of Maastricht, so really nice for devolving the city. But if someone have problems with noise in the night it can be also a problem. There is direkt on the other site of the street a partylocation...for me it was ok, but next time I will try a other hotel in Maastricht

Position very central in Maastricht, but: stairs to the rooms very steep and narrow, furniture in the room minimal and very cheap, wifi only in the lobby, bathroom incredibly narrow (toilet and shower in a space just a bit above one square meter)

Hotel is located in the centre of the city with all attractions within walking distant. Rooms are pretty cheap and clean but steps leading to the rooms are very steep and narrow, so try not to bring large or heavy baggage.

Very friendly staff, great location, renovated bathroom. The hotel could be cleaner though. Overall it was a good stay :)

The food was very tasty! With Social Deal, we also paid a fraction of what it would normally cost. There was good and friendly service - recommended.

Good location in middle of the city, noisy at night though as there are clubs in the square. Internet doesn't reach rooms so had to go down to the restaurant. Ok for the price though.
