Having
such
a
beautiful
garden,
it’s
a
pity
that
they
treat
customers
so
badly!
They
certainly
don’t
know
about
word-of-mouth
marketing
and
the
importance
of
customer
service!
Take
it
for
certain
that
none
of
my
family
members,
friends,
nor
acquaintances
will
return
to
this
place.
I
know
people
who
had
reserved
rooms
here
to
attend
André
Rieu’s
concert,
they
are
already
cancelling
these
and
booking
elsewhere!
I
recommend
that
the
people
working
in
this
place
have
some
manners
before
affirming
that
someone
hasn’t
paid
a
€12
bill
in
the
middle
of
the
street
when
they
had
already
paid!
How
embarrassing!
Plus,
he
was
racist
because
he
said
that
the
Spaniards
didn’t
pay
because
we
were
mostly
Spanish
and
his
colleague
told
him
“but
he’s
Dutch
,
not
Spanish
and
has
paid!”
Referring
to
my
dad
who
is
in
fact
Dutch.
However,
it
doesn’t
matter
where
you
are
from!
Especially
when
we
had
paid!!!
Communicate
with
your
employees
please!!!!
Also,
don’t
dare
to
remove
negative
reviews,
for
your
reputation’s
sake.
