Charles and Malu do an excellent job with this stunning hotel. They are both very friendly and will help you with anything you need. My family and I stayed for 1 week visiting my sister. The location is convenient as it is a minute walk from the center shops. Very clean, breakfast was delicious and the garden in the back was great. We felt we were home away from home and would definitely come back again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Having such a beautiful garden, it’s a pity that they treat customers so badly! They certainly don’t know about word-of-mouth marketing and the importance of customer service! Take it for certain that none of my family members, friends, nor acquaintances will return to this place. I know people who had reserved rooms here to attend André Rieu’s concert, they are already cancelling these and booking elsewhere! I recommend that the people working in this place have some manners before affirming that someone hasn’t paid a €12 bill in the middle of the street when they had already paid! How embarrassing! Plus, he was racist because he said that the Spaniards didn’t pay because we were mostly Spanish and his colleague told him “but he’s Dutch , not Spanish and has paid!” Referring to my dad who is in fact Dutch. However, it doesn’t matter where you are from! Especially when we had paid!!! Communicate with your employees please!!!! Also, don’t dare to remove negative reviews, for your reputation’s sake.

Easy to find with good inexpensive parking. Very welcoming reception both for the hotel and for city of Maastricht. A comfortable extra large bedroom, clean and spacious with large windows over looking the inner courtyard. Very pleased with the breakfast spread and our entire stay. Looking forward to another experience at the Hotel Botticelli.

We stayed here for 3 nights during a city trip to Maastricht. The hotel is in a great location, not far at all from the city centre but not on a busy street. The breakfast was really nice and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden is beautiful and a nice relaxed atmosphere to sit in and have a drink.

Amazing diner, a superb place. Really recommend it if you are looking for a nice place to rest after a buzzy day in the city.

A little hotel next to Vrijthof. We stayed at a duplex room where the bathroom is located upstairs. Room with airco that works well that keeps the room chill when it's hot outside. It has a garden in the middle which is nice to stay. There is no staff in the evening so you can't order any drinks. There are drinks in the minibar at reasonable prices. The staff in the morning and afternoon is very friendly and it has a personal vibe. Everything to see is in walking distance. I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it.

We had a very nice experience at Hotel Botticelli. It has a real italian atmosphere, super cosy and perfectly located in the centre of Maastricht. The personnel is incredibly friendly. Since the weather was fantastic we enjoyed very much the back patio. Having a fantastic breakfast there next to the fountain makes you start your day already with a smile. We are certainly coming back!

Beautiful rooms with friendly staff. We stayed in rooms at the back of the hotel and the courtyard there is beautiful. It was really a quiet hotel but close to the centre of the town. Would heartily recommend the breakfast as well.

Hidden garden just two minutes from the Vrijthof - ideal to escape the busy terraces and enjoy a good drink. The Visentini’s Pinot Gris is a must try!
