Not the best location if you want to go to the centre, but good taxi service. Nice rooms which can be a little noisy. Great breakfast.

Outstanding hotel. Very quiet. Lovely breakfast buffet. Great for dogs with a huge green area around the hotel for walking. Top class hotel!

Very poch and sparkling clean rooms. The receptionist were very professional and attentive. Parking is free and the internet was not too bad

A good hotel for what it is. A no frills decent hotel for the tour group market. Room clean with all the basics. Best bed that I have ever slept in. Staff were exceptionally good. Evening food very good. Breakfast Fabulous selection of food However You need a second coffee machine at the start of the buffet beside the OJ. It will stop the bottleneck at the end Hot buffet had a great selection but stone cold every morning. 3. Maby the q at the coffee machine caused it to get cold before I got to my table. However the food was very tasty and well presented. Overall very happy with my stay

Near the city center it's an amazing place to relax and disconnect fron the stress of the day. Special mention to the ducks that comes every morning to the garden and they are so cute. The employees are so kind and caring for anything that you can need. Totally recommend it.

Poor feeling for hospitality. Called the reception and had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to answer. I was interested to know a bit more about the hotel and briefly spoke with the front office who were all but hospitable for their future guests... Understanding that it's busy, I offered to send my questions by email, but was repeatedly told to find a different hotel and having no interest. Wouldn't want to stay at this hotel

Lovely clean friendly hotel with lovely amenities and services. Rooms are immaculately presented and very comfortable. Beds and pillows are great lovely place to stay.

The bed and bed linnen were excellent. Super comfortable. Clean bedroom and bathroom , simple and pleasant. For lesser able people it is a long walk from the reception , to the room and then to the restaurant/ bar / breakfast area. The dinner menu was overpriced. The food was good however. I would happily recommend this hotel if you're considering staying in this area.

Nice modern hotel. Clean rooms, friendly and good service.

It was 2.5 km away from the center of the city but the thing is that there is no pedestrian way so you simply cannot walk there. This one is okay but the real problem is the rooms are really really dirty. I literally had hairs in my bed before even sitting there. Moreover, the bathroom was leaking so when we took a shower, the whole bathroom was already wet. I highy do not recommend this place.

Stayed here for almost a month. Very kind staff & nice rooms . The breakfast buffet had lot of options & it is like 10 minute walk from the Train Station.

The hotel was overly good but I couldn't sleep because of the noise made by the AC , I tried to turn it off but I just couldn't ... if u are a light sleeper that could be a problem , the view is amazing , the service was super friendly, breakfast was okay .. compared to the pricing it's great choice and cheap .. there is lake in front of the hotel. I think it's amazing hotel apart from the AC

The hotel rooms have a very nice view to the town and a small fridge and safe box come with the rooms. The mattress of the bed was excellent , nice big closets and the decoration of the room pretty as well , looking the same as in the photos. We enjoyed our stay there but with the price of 150€ should had a coffee maker and not a kettle in the room (minor detail) . As far as the cleaness of the room was spot on , except some things like one-two burn stains on the carpet , other than perfect. If you are looking for a parking place there are 2 , one FREE just behind the hotel and one you have to pay for . Don't expect the hotel to be near the city center. It's a 45 mins walk from the town or 7€ ride with a taxi .

2 seperate beds as one 2p bed, but no option to secure them together. No coffee machine, but a kettle with instant coffee. The bar open till 23:00 o'clock, a various breakfast buffet.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, though the receptionist could give a good guide which bus you should take. Be ware of choosing location when ordering taxi with the machine which is next by the reception desk. It is a bit easy to be confused when you are rushed.

Lots of problems. Location is bad. It's a 15-minute bus ride to the train station, 19 minutes to the city center market. Worse, that bus runs just every 30 minutes and the fare is 3,50 euros. I finally just walked: 20 minutes to the station, 35 to the market. (After the station the walk is fun.) Amenities. There's a big soap dispenser for hair and body. I'm guessing the name of the scent is, "Did You Think Axe Was Bad?" Cleanliness. Random hairs everywhere, dirt on floor. There were a lot of spots on the wall behind the bathroom mirror that I discovered to my horror were easily removed with a wet kleenex. Service. Friendly but helpless. Don't trust them on the bus schedule. Noise. Three nights in a row we were awakened between 1 and 3 a.m. by loud people returning to their rooms. Specify faaaar from the elevator. Would I stay there again? I would, because the rooms are cheap and you get what you pay for. Expect a three-star hotel with a lot of problems and you'll probably be okay.

Nice Hotel with relativly huge rooms. The room and the bath room were clean, the bed comfortable at least for myself. The equipment is functional, not too luxury but that is with me. The choice for breakfast is very comprehensive, quality is very good. The choices of the restaurant could be better, the prices should be lower. All in all worth a recommendation.

Friendly bar and restaurant staff. Reception staff helpful for the most part. Looking a bit tired and could do with redecorating and new carpets. Handy for public transport or hotel will arrange a fixed price taxi into the city for you. Warning the free shuttle into the city is only for those booking through Stein travel. Breakfast is the usual continental help yourself with lots of choice.

Staff are very polite and extremely helpful. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are cleaned really well. The decor is a bit tired but don't let this distract from your stay. Breakfast is great a nice selection to choose from. If you are looking for a full English breakfast you will not get it here, you do get scramble eggs, bacon, sausages and tomatoes. The rest is continental style well worth it.

Good hotel for 4 Star. One star is reduced because toothbrushes don’t come with free toiletries. Amazing city. Just 15 mnts by walk to the city center. Also the hotel has a shuttle service to the city center as well. Amazing view of the lake ( pic attached)
