Great location for central Maastricht, super friendly service and amazing reception lady who could have done anything more. The restaurant was lovely and breakfast was very good, the only drawback for me was the beds being super soft.

Super nice personell that Arena always ready for a chat and are proficient in many languages. The food is fine but topped by the lovely astetic of the hotel.

We had such a great stay! The hotel is located close the square and just a short walk Basilica of Saint Servatius and many other beautiful areas in the city. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and to accommodate all the regulations and restrictions regarding COVID19. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit!

Beautiful small hotel. We're very lucky to get a booking when we were visiting Tefaf fair. Beautifully decorated with a fantastic outside area. Room very elegantly decorated.
