Worst experience ever. Don’t do the mistake to book a room or even worse rent a student apartment. Most of my friends did not receive any of their deposit after leaving...

We got a room at the third floor and there is no elevator. The rooms were dirty and there were only two tiny windows to let air circulation. Wifi doesn't work well. The staff is friendly and kind. The location is good (it's right in front of the river) The price is not right for the services of this hotel that doesn't have gym or any other extra.

Overall experience really bad. There are plenty of other better hotels. I strongly recommend avoiding it. ROOM: - cold and small for 3 people - had TV in room but it was not functional - received only 1 key for all 3 people CUSTOMER SERVICE: - 3 days without any room cleaning or additional supplying (bar, toiletries) - concierge was rude and arrogant PRICE: - very expensive compared to service - no flexibility - had a force majeur situation and had to leave one day early. Still was forced to pay the full amount. There is NO clear cancellation policy.

Cute little Hotel in the Centre of Maastricht. Lovely decorated rooms that are all clean. Very nice owner who gives tips for places to go/eat/drink. We had a very pleasent stay, thank you! 👍🏼

Stayed for one night. The bed was comfy and everything was fine. Delicious breakfast! We took our dog with us which was perfect for a little gate away. Really convenient parking.

relatively high price for very small single room. No air conditioning with a heat wave of about 35 degrees. Staff sometimes unfriendly (when asked to help with internet connection issue, the lady at the reception was refusing to help and got very nervous and started shouting). My stay started Aug. 4th, 2013 and I already looking for the time to leave, but unfortunately, I paid in advance and the refund policy is not clear. I don't recommend the hotel at alllllll.

There was nothing that was a trouble to all the staff. After an initial problem with the room for 3 of us it was sorted even though it was a busy time very courteously. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

we booked a 2 night stay here today and yesterday. It was to be our final leg on a great holiday. Sadly we had to cancel due through a bereavement. This cannot be planned and therefore we couldnt give them notice but on the day of arrival. Dont expect any sympathy or even city tax refund, nothing, not even a stay at a later date was offered. Be warned.
