I just moved to this state and this was the first time my old fur baby got really sick. I was terrified! This facility got us an appointment expeditiously. Once we arrived, the staff and Vet were so polite, made us feel welcome, comfortable and at ease. The Vet quickly identified what was wrong with our little guy and prescribed the appropriate medication. What's great is that pricing in total was extremely reasonable; cheaper than our Vet from the state we moved from. Now our little guy is better than he's been in years! We've found our new Vet! And now my sister has decided to switch Vets.

I love going to Cedarcrest. Everyone from the reception staff, the playcare attendants, training with Frank and the veterinary care is remarkable. They are all so caring and helpful and it is so apparent that the all love what they do. We go to playcare every week and I always feel so at ease leaving Izzy there because I know she will have lots of fun and will be spoiled and loved. Their boarding is wonderful also. Never a worry. We love everyone there. They are truly family.

We had a wonderful experience with Cedarcrest Animal Hospital yesterday when we brought our three cats in for the first time. I’ve never seen cats so relaxed and comfortable in a veterinary setting. They were allowed to explore and get comfortable before being handled by staff. All staff members were kind and thoughtful with both myself, my children, and all three cats. I would definitely recommend their services. 😁

I figured I should write a review since ive been taking my dogs here and have always had a great experience. Everyone I’ve met that works here has been very kind, understanding, and amazing at their job. Even when I have limited funds I’ve explained how much I have to spare to the vet who has helped me work out plans of getting the most important things done first so I can come back at a later time for any other things my dog may need. My dog is EXTREMELY shy and fearful of people but they’ve been amazing and he has been very comfortable with the staff. Would give 10 stars if I could!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, The tech was really nice to talk with and put me at ease about the $$ by going over every expense for me and prioritizing our needs. The dr and staff took good care of my dog, Timber, who is very scared of the vet. They were patient and understanding. The bill was reasonable and didn’t make me want to faint, so that’s always nice! 🦮❤️

I can't say enough wonderful things about this clinic. I was devastated last Saturday morning when my elderly dog was deteriorating very rapidly. Our regular vet was closed and I made countless calls to other vets in Cartersville to try and get her in. Thankfully I finally came across Cedarcrest and called, and they were so nice and helpful from the first minute on the phone, to getting us squeezed in, and every moment until I left. They put us in a room with just a lamp on which was so wonderful compared to past experiences I've had that felt so clinical, this was a comforting experience for both me and my old pup. Thanks for taking such good care of us and allowing my sweet doggie to cross the rainbow bridge with peace and dignity!

I was feeling scared and lost with my 7 year old dog experiencing urinary problems. We don't have a lot of money at our disposal and she's not just a dog, she's our family. Well, I called a few vets before calling you guys and it made me feel hopeless. Finally, I got in touch with Cedar crest and the staff made me feel welcomed, they asked what would make my dog, Thea, most comfortable, ended up being able to take off her muzzle and she felt safe enough with the staff and the Dr to calm down a bit. The Dr came in and personally shook my hand and explained that we could start with the urine analysis and go from there so we would slowly work up to more expensive measures on a strictly as needed basis. They were able to get a diagnosis and prescription to start us on at 1/3 the cost I was expecting by calling the previous places. Wonderful care. Fantastic staff. Patient doctor. All around a great experience for a intimidating time.

We are very happy with Cedarcrest Animal hospital, the front Desk Ladies always Friendly and helpful. The vet. assistants are very professional and treat the pets with great care. The Doctors are wonderful and care deeply for their patients. We have seen Dr. Walker the last 2 times in the office. He is wonderful, and I hope they keep him on, right now he is covering for one of the other Veterinarians.

We were introduced to Cedarcrest Animal Hospital through our dog’s need for training due to anxiety. Working with Frank has been absolutely incredible. Even after our first session, we have seen life-changing improvements! He is truly passionate about what he does, and it shows in every action and every word. We have also worked with Letty to arrange boarding and schedule training, and she could not possibly be more knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We are so thankful for the love already shown to our pup, and we look so forward to continuing our work with the remarkable staff at Cedarcrest Animal Hospital. They have gone above and beyond at every opportunity.

They are always so wonderful with our fur babies! They know how special they are to us, and treat them so well! They are so sweet to them it’s amazing how well our guys respond to them. The facility has more of a boss feeling than a vets office. It so nice! Our little guys don’t mind being there! It’s a nice change! Thank you so much for all of your kindness, knowledge and caring!
