really
HATE
to
do
this
and
will
amend
this
review
if
anything
changes
for
the
better.
I
bought
the
Groupon
for
3
treatments
before
COVID.
I
was
able
to
do
2
of
them,
they
were
great,
Tracy
was
great,
and
things
were
smooth.
I
reached
out
again
on
May
29
after
some
dust
had
settled,
and
it
appears
they
had
disabled
the
Groupon
appointment
item.
I
reached
out
via
phone
and
email
multiple
times.
I
even
bumped
into
Tracy
in
person
once
at
Target
and
she
invited
me
to
make
an
appointment.
However,
I've
reached
out
about
1-2x
each
month
from
May,
June,
July,
and
now
it's
August.
My
voicemails
have
been
nothing
but
courteous
despite
my
disappointment
that
it's
been
taking
so
long
to
get
any
response.
I've
been
patient
for
4
months,
trying
to
tell
myself
over
and
again
that
maybe
they're
just
swamped,
give
them
some
time,
it's
a
pandemic,
they
probably
missed
the
voicemail
or
need
time
to
sift
through...but
at
this
point,
after
FOUR
months...I
feel
like
I
will
never
get
this
appointment.
So
disappointed.
I
live
so
close
to
this
place
too.
I
don't
know
if
it's
because
I'm
a
nurse
and
they
don't
want
a
healthcare
worker
exposure.
I
understand
if
that's
the
case,
but
they
should
at
LEAST
answer
my
inquiries
as
a
customer
and
offer
a
refund.
Like
I
said,
I'm
open
to
changing
this
review
if
things
change,
but
until
then...:(...
