Food was served extremely quickly. Meat on burrito, taco and enchilada was cold. The made my taco wrong three times. The manager was rude and still charged me full price for cold food. To fix cold meat problem, the manager microwaved our plates (plates were too hot to touch after being back in the kitchen for five minutes). It looks nice on the inside, but the food and service was disgusting!!! Save your money and go elsewhere! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Completely tone deaf! Went for dinner yesterday. We were showed to a high top in the bar area. Looking forward to a relaxing dinner after a tough work week. Placed our orders and drinks and were munching on chips when we heard a really loud pop. Sounded like a gunshot. Made me jump out of my skin and wanted to "hit the deck". Apparently, one of the hosts overinflated a balloon and it popped -- really loudly. Then, as we observed, while one was inflating new ones, the other two started using pens to pop balloons that had gone a little flat. Basically, all you're hearing is balloons popping non-stop. Not the least bit relaxing or calming. I guess they don't realize that NO ONE likes the sound of popping balloons. After they were done popping the old balloons, they started blowing up new ones that continued to burst and sounded like gunshots. I jumped every time one popped -- it's instinctual. At one time, a couple walked in while one of the hosts overinflates the balloon and it popped right in front of them and the couple jumped -- that should have been the clue to stop. Why are you doing that during dinner? I get that you may have nothing to do but when the balloons keep bursting, it's time to stop! In this day of mass shooting and people getting shot in public places, this is extremely tone deaf! Every time I heard a loud pop, I wanted to duck. Finally, having eaten only a quarter of our dinner, we realized it was just too nerve-wracking to eat there. We asked for to-go boxes, explained to our server and packed up our dinner. As we headed out, we stopped by the host stand to explain to them that it was very nerve-wracking to hear constant pops and that it can be PTSD-inducing for some and not the environment diners wants to be in. They didn't even apologize -- they just laughed at us. Management needs to train staff better. Realize what's going on around us in this day and age -- loud pops that sound like gunfire is scary. Blow your balloons up when diners are not in your restaurant -- if you can't do it without constantly popping them.

The service was awful, I've been there two separate times and each time front of house staff forgot about an order, to bring the check, refill drinks etc. My second time the waiter dropped salsa on me which is a mistake but on top of that we waited forever to get boxes and our check and had other servers tending to us while our server had only three total tables and we saw her eating and talking with other staff while we waited. The first time they completely forgot our dessert order and we waited 15 minutes before someone asked us if we needed something. The foods great the cooks are quick and do a great presentation as for the servers well they made it so I won't be going there anymore.

Great service and delicious food. After three visits, confident in endorsing Zama as a sure fire people pleaser. Even my picky eight year old asked to come back. Complimentary chips and salsa are okay, but the entrées are tasty and generously portioned. The staff is attentive and polite. A manager walks around checking in on diners.

My wife and I were in the area and looking for something to eat. We decided on Zama based on their reviews. Glad we did. Very clean restaurant and was greeted by very nice staff. Ordered a margarita & Sangria. My wife loved her Sangria. I’m a bit of a margarita snob, so I’m a bit hard to please. It’s was good. I think they might have forgot the agave because the mixture was off, but overall it was good. The food was absolutely fantastic though! Came out fast & hot. The staff were super nice and pleasant. We will definitely be back again!

Selvin went above and beyond to make our experience memorable! More than just a Mexican Restaurant! Our waitress, Olivia was so sweet and patient through all of my fiancé’s pickiness! They gave good recommendations that were actually helpful and when my guy inevitability had an issue they were extremely accommodating even including this first timer free desert! Definitely our favorite Mexican restaurant around. The food was real tasty but the customer service brought the experience over the top!

Nice Mexican restaurant. More classy than most. Nice ambience. Mounted flat screen Tvs. Nice bar area. Good music. I'm not really into Mexican food (went because it's a friend's favorite cuisine). I got the burger and fries with side of fruit. Everything was hot and fresh. Delicious. She enjoyed her meal too. Prompt service. Complimentary chips and salsa

First time going here and I have to say that the atmosphere was more impressive than the service. The food was great, however, there was a bit of a wait for our waitress to attend us. When we finally got our food, they brought me the wrong one. I still ate the food since I refuse to waste it and it was very good. They did offer to make the right order and pack it to go so it worked out. They have a beautiful outdoor seating area, great music and they even have someone to open the door for you.

Love the atmosphere. Open but friendly. Wait staff were solid but I went here for the ceviche. I LOVE ceviche. It wasn't good. All I could taste was lime and that was all I tasted so I was kind of jaundiced from the start. I mean, when you go someplace to eat a specif... never mind. My dish was good. Rice was a little dry and the shrimp were sparse, but, man. The mussels were huge and rocked. I'd go 3.75 but, ceviche. :(

Went for a dinner. Well decorated, good ambience. Seems a popular place- when I visited it was bit crowded with several families. Service is quick. Several options on menu. I had a couple of Bloody Mary - nice taste. For food, I had Veg Fajitas - that will make you feel you are full. Well grilled veggies with not too much oil. Waiters are friendly. You may encounter one or rwo interns, they are learning tricks of the trade, so be patient with them. Enjoy your food, ambience.

Just dined at this restaurant for the first time and I have too many great things to say about it! The food is absolutely amazing! Fresh, flavorful, and arrives at the table so fast! The staff was awesome, our server Lynette was helpful in choosing good options and giving a great dining experience overall. At the end of the meal the GM Sebastian came by the table and and got to know us a little since it was our first time in! Beautiful restaurant and awesome dining experience! Can’t wait to bring friends here!

Great food & amazing staff. Had veggie pizza Mexicano, Veggie Changa, & Pollo Asado. If you happen to order Veggie Pizza or any other pizza mexicano, make sure you eat as quicky as soon as the pizza base is made of fried tortilla.

Tried this place for the first on Tuesday and the service was amazing. I rarely give a place a perfect but this place was very close to it. Excellent service from Elizabeth she checked on us and kept our cups full. The manager even gifted us a free desert for trying this place for the first time and best believe we will be back! Deals almost everyday of the week. Loved it

Food was hot and delicious. Manager was very helpful we had a very small issue and he gave us a 10% discount. We didn't ask for it but it was a very nice for the small issue we had. Would definitely go again.

Love this Zama location at East Piedmont and Sandy Plains!! The food is amazing, and the excellent bar team cranks out delicious margaritas and frosty beers. Everyone is super-friendly and the service is superb! The manager Sebastian has visited our table every time we’ve dined here to ensure our complete satisfaction. ✅ We live in a nearby neighborhood and come here almost every Taco Tuesday for the specials, the great atmosphere and great food and drinks.

Went to Zuma last night and really enjoyed the experience! Lynette, our server, was delightful, truly. She was personable, funny, knowledgeable and efficient. I haven’t experienced anyone like her in a very long time. The drinks were good, the food was good, and the outdoor seating was comfortable. We were visited by Sebastian, the manager at this location and he too was awesome. We wound up charting for a decent amount of time. Great job everyone!

We just enjoyed my birthday dinner tonight with the kids. They even treated me to a birthday dessert and song! Great service, food and margaritas! I always get the fajitas quesadillas. Sebastian, the manager, made sure we had great service. Love all the kids menu options too!

Yes. If you are in the East Cobb Marietta area and want Mexican this is your go-to place. Roasted tomato salsa made daily and five star burritos. Authentic atmosphere, very capable employees and a gourmet Mexican vibe. Mi burrito cost like a dollar fifty more then my regular spot, more than worth it. Encore! Back for another visit and the food was better than the first time! Burrito Americano with extra lettuce and tomato.
