Tony, the owner is amazing, professional, and very detail-oriented. She pays attention to each customer's needs and always explains the process of microblading and the product she uses thoroughly. The facility is very clean and serene. The staffs are well trained, polite and very accommodating to their customers. The quality and service of her work speak for itself. She does not rush nor oversell anything to her customers. You can tell that she cares about her customer's well being and is passionate about what she does for sure.

Tony is just the best! Not just her but also Andrea and the other ladies who work there. The studio is absolutely stunning and I've never seen a more spotless place in my life! Customer service there is second to none, and Tony will do whatever it takes to make sure your brows are perfect. My case was an extremely tough one because my eyebrows never grew back from a time I got them threaded unevenly. Tony was able to envision the exact shape of my original eyebrows plus her magical improvements! She really is an artist and makes you feel like family. I love these ladies and this business so much!
