The staff was amazing!! They treated me with patience and kindness and explained everything they do and asked lots of questions to help me fix out what my needs were. The Dr was very attentive and reviewed all of the information I provided, asked what I needed from the office and center, explained the options, what he thought was the best to start with and let me choose what would work for me and we decided as a team. The staff is working with my insurance to get everything worked through as quickly as possible. My experience was amazing!!

I was feeling pretty awful the day I called to verify my appointment but speaking with Alexa who answered my call made me feel better. She has a very welcoming, pleasant voice and she answered my questions with what sounded like a smile on her face. All of the staff at this ENT practice are great. One always feels welcomed there.

I had a great experience with Dr. Weinsheim. I had to have an uncomfortable procedure and he did a great job explaining everything. His assistant, Mia, helped me feel at ease and kept me calm while I was nervous. Glad to have a great ENT office for any future needs my family may have.

Dr Gentile was awesome. Capabilities of the office and getting clarity in prescription and getting it sent to the right pharmacy was horrible. Took me two days to get it sorted and 4 or 5 phone calls. One prescription was still at the wrong pharmacy. I was sent home with not after visit paperwork so I did not know what was prescribed because i did not write it down. Come to find out it was all over the counter medicine anyway. Still frustrated at how much time I wasted trying to sort it out.

Standard doctor’s office greeting and people processing routine (sterile no personality) but the doctor was excellent. Connected well personality wise and was able to field more in-depth questions quickly and succinctly.

The staff and care my daughter received was good, BUT we were overcharged thousands of dollars that HAD to be paid up front (30 days beforehand) which has never been refunded and our insurance covered 100% of the cost. Nothing was submitted to insurance up front for approval. All they did was look at the deductible in the system and demand money up front. While I understand they cannot just take on debt for every patient without checking the patients cannot be expected to provide thousands of dollars as an interest free loan because they do not feel like submitting preapproval to insurance or processing a refund. We have called and called and left message upon message, but they are not even returning our calls at this point. Hopefully this will get their attention and someone will be so kind as to process our refund. UPDATE: After this and talking with the CEO they delivered the refund to us. Again the care was great. Our issue was with the way the billing was handled and lack of support until this week.

Dr Roth and his entire team are amazing. They care about the patient and go above and beyond to provide top notch care. I am glad I put my trust in their care. I highly recommend anyone needing to see an ENT, Call them!

Great experience from the 1st call to schedule an appt! Friendly, helpful, efficient, the doctor’s nurse called me a few days prior to understand why I was coming in so she could better prepare for my appt. Dr Roth listened to me, was thorough, explained my situation so it’s easy to understand. Made suggestions about possible teeth grinding that could cause what I was experiencing. Highly recommend!!
