First time visiting this location, and the staff was very nice, helpful and warm, overall though, this was not one of the better locations I have visited. The selection on the baking isle was very sparse compared to others, but overall not a terrible experience. When visiting this location, just go in with tempered expectations.

Can someone tell me how to contact corporate. I reached out today to the chat and they said someone would call me but they did not. My issues is I was accused of stealing by a manager today even though I had a reciept for everything I purchased. She asked me for my bags and I gave it to her and she went through my purse and everything I have. $400 was stolen from me. She also made me take off clothing in front of customers and empty out everything I had. I know there are cameras in the store and they can see what she done.

They were kinda busy, I couldn't find anyone to cut fabric for me so that was a little disappointing however, the store was neat, and priced correctly, the staff was friendly and, looked as if they were busy. The associate helped me fight with the app so I could use a coupon even with others in line and they quickly opened the other registers if it appeared the line had more than 2 or 3 people waiting. I didn't subtract any stars for the employees who Walked past me with the whole big thing of fabric in my cart while I was waiting on lilback and

This was my first time visiting this location, and let me tell you, The customer service is beyond great! I had the “brilliant” idea of buying canvases that didn’t fit my car, and Jay went above and beyond to help me solve my issue and be able to bring them home! Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back!!

Lots of holiday markdowns and they had just what I needed! The new self checkout means no waiting in line.

Love the spirit in this Michael's. I shop in three others but love this one! It is because of the staff. They are so personable and helpful.

MADILYN WAS AWESOME! Went out of her way to show me the coupons on the site and was able to apply a 30% discount that took my total from $75 to $52. Appreciate her so much.

There is an angel working there, Miss Vivian who is never too busy to stop what she's doing to help me find something, or to help me to check out on those new (yuck) check stands. She always has a smile and makes me happy to do my shopping at Michael's. Kudos to Michael's and especially to Miss Vivian.
