The Drive Thru is horrible I repeated my order three times.. two people working the voice and register.. lost! it was so bad that I got back in line reorder did not ask for a refund and it was STILL WRONG.. as a business owner and as a former TCB employee .. you have got to do better ugh .. I even gave back the messed up food and I even paid for my reorder. ***UPDATE** So my daughter really wanted some TCB, so I gave in and gave it another try. I must say that this return visit such a great improvement. (and no, they did not know it was me on the return visit.) Everything was great. Customer service, food prep, and attitude. The two young ladies and their manger were very professional. Sorry no pictures to post , we ate everything. This was in the drive thru.

The cashier was very pleasant. My entire experience was good except for the smell of "old grease" in the air.

They Have A 2 Piece Chicken And Biscuit Special For$ 2.99 They Have 2 Piece Chicken Combo For About $7.00 And Some Change And Then They Have 3 Piece Combo For About $8.00 And Some Change!!!! Their Chicken , Mashed Potato,Gravy,Slaw Is Super Delicious ,Good And Great!!!!

Honestly, I believe there was only one person working in the restaurant. I stopped at combined KFC/Taco Bell to get a quick bit to eat. The wait in drive thru line to place our order was at least 8 minutes. Once we paid for our order we were told to pull up and they would bring our order out to us. We ordered a bean burrito, chicken chipotle burrito and nacho fries…nothing complicated. Well, it took her 20 minutes to bring our food to us. The reason why I believe it was only one person working, because it was same person who took our order, took our payment at the window and brought out our food. Ridiculous!

I went to the Drive thru & the Food & the Service was Great. That day they were Really Fast, & the Food was Hot & Good!! Enjoyed the Experience Very Much.

Food is great. Service is decent. My food order was correct. The atmosphere on the other hand. They allow non-customers to just sit and play their stupid music. And when there is more than one of them, they have the loudest conversations. Best to go drive-thru even with the long line. This one non-customer was complaining about cleanliness even though it matches his personality and no headphones. I went in to get some chalupas. A solution would be to hire security to allow access for paying customers.

The only reason why this particular store is even on my radar is because it offers the closest thing to a healthy meal with the steak and chicken power bowl. At least on this side of the Chattahoochee River. Everything else in this store, including the nasty looking and attitude, having people working here. As mentioned, the only thing worth getting is the steak power bowl. Everything else is put together with no disregard that it's someone's food. The napkins are balled up and thrown in the bag. Resembling snot tissue. They will stick their hand out before you get to the window, halting you to make it seem like you're NOT waiting there 15 mins for your food. I don't know if it's that shift manager or the whole store. This store is trash. I could do a better job running this store. Call me.

the only thing they have good going is the young gentleman thats the cashier he is always respectful and tries his best to get your order out. they are just extremely short of staff and things are constantly broken there luckily i always get the same thing and get my food inside n check it and get it from the same gentleman without him this place would get 2 stars from me

The girl who took my order was nice. Precious in the window would have thrown my food through my window it possible 🤣 i said thank you and she shut the window in my face. Girl take your $7.25 energy somewhere else

This has to be a complete joke ! Why would anyone in their right mind serve something burnt like this . Smells burnt , taste burnt , literally had to throw it away ! Fire the whole staff and start from fresh please. This is the worse Taco Bell I’ve ever had IN ANY STATE

Very poor quality of service and didn't value customers time. Told us to go back in the drive thru and wait. Such a long wait and rudely responded to us for asking them to repeat what they said because the mic volume was low. I don't even understand why they even are doing customer service if they don't how to provide proper service. Very unhappy with this :(
