This is a great place for a healthy, quick, meal. The whole experience was delightful. A clean establishment, efficient ordering prices, and tasty meal. There is a wide variety of soaking meal options as well. I ultimately went with the regular chicken salad, broccoli salad, and mac and cheese. I'm looking forward to going back and trying more options.

I tried three of the chicken salads from Chicken Salad Chick. They were okay. Very heavy use of mayonnaise in all three salads which I don't like. I got the Fancy Nancy, Cranberry Kelli and Kickin Kay Lynne. The Fancy Nancy and the Cranberry Kelli tasted pretty much the same. The Kickin Kay Lynne had a nice kick to it. There was a refrigerated case when you walk in the door that has pre-packed salads. I picked the three then took them to the register and checked out.

The manger is absolutely awesome. His customer service is impeccable! He really makes the dine in experience worthwhile. All of the staff members are pretty friendly and helpful, with the exception of Kelsey. She gave me the worst experience while trying to order my usual meal. Update - another rude worker, it’s my last time giving this place a chance.

Absolutely best customer service point blank period. Well kept and clean dine in. I mean impeccably clean. Young lady in front who took my order was polite and patient as I had never been there. The gentleman behind the counter was very personable genuinely nice upbeat..The chicken salad is Absolutely delicious. The egg salad was good as well. I wish I had taken pictures. I was so excited to get my food, the thought left my head. I will be returning and I will be recommending this gem to anyone and everyone that will listen..it isn't often when you get the whole package when it comes to a restaurant. Fast, clean, accurate and great customer service! They have it all.

The staff are always so polite and friendly! I have tried most of the chicken salads and they were all delicious. Love the raspberry lemonade! Would only change the provolone cheese. It gives my sandwiches a weird taste and I prefer cheese on my sandwiches. And the soups (broccoli/chicken) can be hit or miss. The potato soup is consistent. Overall, a great place for takeout or dining in!

My first time eating here. The food was pretty good and the staff was wonderful. I asked what was good and went with the cashiers suggestion, my chicken had bacon.and cheese, was delicious.

This was my first time here and it was a pleasant experience. For starters, it's hard to find a place that has even DECENT chicken salad, let alone delicious. Secondly the customer service was top notch. The cashier was very nice and informative as I was asking questions and even gave us samples (which I was not even expecting. Other restaurants should take notes.). The waitress there was very fast with our food and had a very pleasant attitude. The restaurant itself was clean and homely feeling. It was overall a great experience. If you're looking for top notch chicken salad, this is definitely the place to go for it without disappointment. Food, customer service, and atmosphere all a five.

Always delicious. The strawberry lemonade keeps calling me back....will be back soon....the best I have ever had.
