First of all ,receiving appointment within 24hrs, a humble blessing. X-ray done in the same office, technician was kind and pleasant (no redue of X-rays ) nursing assistant Ashley, professional and knowledgeable and Dr. K Heinlein was very attentive to my issues with kindness and patient. The staff at the front desk was very nice , polite and pleasant . This was a first time visit. I am very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Short wait time. Dr. Parti spoke very clearly in terms I could understand. And was prepared with the details of my case before she came into the exam room. Very good visit.

Everyone at this office has been great- very kind and helpful. Dr. Matthew listened to my concerns and is addressing my issues proactively. I’ve seen him several times now, and each time I’ve been impressed with his ability to pinpoint problems and communicate a plan of action.

The staff was nice and helpful. Dr. Parti was professional and answered my questions. She knew how much pain I was in and got me in quickly for treatment. The staff is top notch. Not only do they care about you physically, they care about your financial problems as well.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was thorough and patient to answer any questions I had. I had contact with 6 staff members during my visit and all were respectful and professional. That is to be expected but isn't always the case nowadays.

Both me and my son were very impressed by Dr Matthew entire healthcare team! He was very kind, made us feel at home, wait time was very efficient ,he explained everything until he knew we both understood what he suggested in order for the healing process to start.we went to our 1st appointment, he not only suggested surgery but also things I could purchase to make my son comfortable. We had our PreOp, surgery and PostOp appointment scheduled .all in one day.He keep us well informed and checkup as he says he would . He is a God sent!!My son really appreciate him and so do I. I love Dr Parti and her staff is very professional. I’ve been with her for awhile, in the beginning there were a few bumps, however with the diligent and professional office manager, my issues were resolved

Very easy to get appointments and check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Steinberg was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When I had surgery he willingly gave me his personal cell number to contact for any questions or concerns. It was a very good experience all around.
