Online scheduling was user friendly, office hours provided several appointment options, clinic was clean, check-in was quick and efficient. Doctor listened to my concerns, provided diagnosis and was optimistic with OTC care. Staff placed value on my time as a patient and were efficient with check-out instructions. Overall, exceeded expectations as an urgent care clinic and would definitely recommend to others.

I had an allergic reaction while at work and received treatment here at this location. The price was reasonable, and the care was exceptional. I was taken back quickly, and I was thankful because I had hives everywhere. Didn't want to sit in the waiting area looking crazy as I continued to break out. I was there for about 2 hours. My blood pressure was pretty high at the time, and they wanted to make sure the medication I was given was taking care of the reaction I had. So thank you to the ladies who took great care of me in my time of distress. The photo below is an example of how my entire body looked, including my face.

Such a wonderful experience! This urgent care was awesome. All the staff was friendly and caring from the front desk to the clinical staff. We didn't have to wait to be called back and they were very fast in the back.

I took my son to this location a few days ago for what I thought would be a sprain. From registration, to being seen by a doctor the process was quick and painless. We got the X-ray results and referral relatively quickly. The doctor and assistant were both very child friendly which I love and appreciate!

Had a great experience! Everyone was nice and courteous. I was taken care of right away. The facility was also very clean and close by. Thank you for taking care of my issue in a prompt and professional manner! Definitely recommend this center!

This was the 3rd center I went to due to others being closed for various reasons. They were very courteous and kind. I did not have long to wait after completing the paperwork. Once in the room I saw the Doctor less than 10 minutes later. Very thorough and efficient.

My experience with Piedmont Urgent Care could not have been better! I was able to complete my paperwork on-line but had to call to get an appointment which I got later the same AM. I did not wait long to be seen. The facility was very clean! Everyone was very thorough and kind! I was told I would receive a call later if the radiologist saw anything. I got a call that evening. I was able to see an orthopaedist the next AM. I later received not one but two calls to be certain I knew I needed to see the ortho Dr. I have never had such prompt responses for my care! Thank you for making this as pleasant a visit as possible!

Staff was recently changed and is new which might be the cause of this service. My finger was wrapped up while still obviously actively bleeding and should’ve been cauterized and I suggested three times if they should apply something to help stop the bleeding and they said “looks like it’s stopped bleeding.” I was stunned that neither of the 2 medical professionals I saw would actually help me (like numbing the finger instead of sticking my raw, bleeding finger into antibacterial solution) aside from wrapping my finger. I go home and continue to bleed through gauze. Front desk service was the only positive experience I had.

Excellent service from the moment we walked in the door. The ladies at the fro t desk assisted us with the paperwork. The MA took us back and after a thorough history, the doctor came in and assessed . The MA returned, bandaged my girl right up. Gave us after care instructions and sent us on our way. So efficient!

Very pleased with the care provided by Piedmont Urgent Care. Had flown into Atlanta the night before and had considerable swelling in both calves. Flying out two days later. My doc said I needed an ultrasound before returning home. The Piedmont folks were accommodating. The NP reviewed the situation and prescribed the same day ultrasound at a facility just a couple miles away. I would certainly use Piedmont again for any urgent medical care which they provide.
