We
went
on
a
Friday
at
2pm,
to
avoid
crowd
(we're
high-risk
for
Covid.)
There
were
other
customers,
and
lots
of
ceiling
fans
and
good
table
separation
in
the
dining
rooms.
My
husband
is
a
former
Marine,
and
we
both
loved
this
place.
Service
was
excellent,
Daniel
waited
on
us
and
was
very
easy
going
and
attentive.
The
food
was
very
tasty
and
didn't
take
long:
burger
cooked
med/rare,
fish
&
chips,
and
banana
pudding.
Atmosphere...can't
say
enough
about
the
amount
of
veteran-contributed
memorabilia.
Every
wall
and
horizontal
space
had
something
regarding
the
Marine
Corp,
or
other
branches
of
our
US
military.
There
is
even
a
permanent
table
setting
for
POW/MIA
so
we'll
never
forget.
My
grandfather
fought
in
the
China-Burma-India
Theater
(for
the
Kuomintang)
and
there
was
even
a
poster
regarding
this
on
the
wall
in
the
big
room!
The
owners,
Carrie
and
Ralph,
were
charming
and
took
the
time
to
talk
to
us
about
their
USMC
experiences,
the
restaurant,
their
vision
for
expansion,
and
their
annual
USMC
birthday
party.
What
a
wonderful
place
for
military
AND
non-military
persons
to
dine!
A
must-visit
place
for
all.
P.S.
They
have
books
that
you
can
borrow
on
the
honor
system,
and
a
calendar
of
events
which
includes
"free
pie"
days!
