This place was really cute. Definitely on the pricier side but fun to try at least once. Directions to this place was excessively complicated. The worker was nice and masked but the cook in the back who also busted tables was not. The food was so-so. I got the chicken panini and although it was good, it was not spectacular by any means. My hot chocolate was good but not great (I did like that it was made with milk and not water though). Hubby ate the salmon croissant - he said it was good but also nothing great. He really enjoyed his coffee though. Outdoor seating was full but luckily they had very few people inside so it was still easy to social distance. Overall, we had a fun time eating French food but we probably won’t return.

Such a great spot! The tarts and almond croissant is my go to! The coffee is awesome as well! Give this great French cafe a try!

I really wanna love this place, but we didn’t have a great experience. All the pastries looked great. The croissant we had was fine, didn’t feel it was fresh. We went for brunch and the food was also okay but it took a really long time though. The ambiance was really nice.

On a mid-afternoon on a Saturday the display case did not have much to choose from. We picked a peach tartlet and coffee drinks. The sitting area is spacious and they offered wifi access. We picked the area with windows and mixed seating (Parisian coffee table, then armchair/sofa switch) to sit and do research for next day adventures. Appreciated the cleanliness of the toilets and self-service water.

Good bakery! But in my opinion it is overpriced. The madeleines were soft and very tasty. The coffee eclairs were very good: the puff pastry was fresh with great texture and the coffee cream was good, although it could have a stronger coffee flavor. I was disappointed by the chocolate eclairs: vanilla cream instead of chocolate cream filling. The pain aux raisins is really big with a brioche style dough. The macarons were too sweet, I would avoid them. The staff was professional and helpful. Except for the price, I will recommend that place.

I had a zucchini quiche and potatoes. They gave about 6 pieces of potatoes and the quiche was like and omelette. Worst quiche ever. It looked like eggs on a pizza crust. That’s my second try at this place and both time I’ve been disappointed. This place is the most expensive in the area and the food doesn’t live up to it.

Baking done on premises... big plus, not trucked in & NOT frozen Sysco dough! Everything was excellent, including service...

What a wonderful experience. I give this place 5 stars for the service! Things you should know: I. LOCATION Its on the back portion of a plaza off of Roswell Rd. The parking lot is out front of the cafe and we found a couple available spots rather easily. II. SERVICE The service is why I gave this place 5 stars! Alfar was our coffee barista today. He was VERY passionate about his job--I say this because he gets to know his customers and asks genuine questions. It makes you feel valued and just sets a welcoming tone for your visit here. We stayed until the bakery was about to close and instead of throwing away the baguettes left over from the day, Alfar offered us a couple to take home..! I've never been to a location so generous. III. QUALITY Assuming the staff gave us some baguettes at closing time, they must bake everything fresh daily. The fruity petite four pastry I bought wasn't dry at all. Very impressed. IV. CAPACITY We found seating during the mid-afternoon on a Thursday. The booths can get very comfortable for long stays.

Ridiculously expensive for what is served.Quiches and Croque were tiny and dry. The croissants looked like Publix quality for 5.50 a piece. Just make the trip to Paris Baguette and spend 20% less for 50% more. Service was good though.

The food was laughable. My four year old could make a better croque monsieur. The bread was terrible, two small slices of ham and very little cheese. We didn’t even get out of the parking lot before throwing everything in the garbage. I would say maybe they were having a bad day but it’s a grilled cheese. I can make a perfect one drunk at 2am. Don’t bother with this place it’s pretty obvious they don’t care about quality food. I will say the place was very nice inside and quite clean and the only reason I gave it one star.

The food in terms of something like the panini, is alright, definitely not their specialty. If you’re coming here, come for the coffee and the pastries. The service is phenomenal and the atmosphere is perfect for a morning get together, or a silent study session. The price is questionable and many of the things on the menu (especially the food) are overpriced. This establishment is a cafe and bakery, I would not recommend it as a restaurant.

I always enjoy cafe vendome.. the food and drinks are excellent and authentically French. As someone who regularly visits boulangeries in France, I'm always disappointed with the prices. 4x the price of France is typical. I have no idea of the business considerations that cause these prices to be so high, but i do wish that they can improve costs by, for example, increasing volume. Bakeries are quite price elastic. I would visit dramatically more often if the prices allowed that. I implore the management to work on their prices so that we can all enjoy more often.

Best French pastry in Atlanta! They work hard to keep authentic taste. You can find rare French canele only here!

Everything here is the epitome of delightful. The food and beverages are exquisite and the staff is kind, warm and welcoming. My friends and I absolutely love coming here for a vanilla latte and fresh pastries (or anything on their menu)!

This is it!!! The pastries I’ve been searching for in Atlanta. The chocolate almond croissant is a must-try - the perfect amount of flaky and sweet. Can’t wait to try all the other pastries! Outdoor patio is covered and dog friendly. Indoor space is reminiscent of an European cafe, perfect for a meet up with a friend or to get some reading and work done!

This place is AWESOME. I had the veggie soup and the mushroom and onion quiche there. The veggie soup was really more like pumpkin soup but I loved it. Perhaps it needed a bit more salt, but it was great. And the bread that came with it was made almost perfectly. The quiche... it was awesome. Nice and fluffy on the inside and the breading around it was great too. If I ever wanted to have a pie, this would be a top option. Tasted great, and I would certainly come back here to try more stuff Edit: Also had the Tartine and Veggie Sandwich on a second visit. It was amazing.

NOT AUTHENTIC. Food is over priced and well as portions are small. As well as we got the most comical and sad excuse for a croque monsier ever. Our to go order did not have any napkins or utensils and the girl who gave it to us was very clearly unhappy. The other girl was nice who took or order. I would avoid this place like a plague

I think this place is overly expensive. The small tarts were more than 4$ each and a side of eggs was more than 6$. While being a French place I could potentially understand the price of the tarts 6$ for one scrambled egg is unacceptable. I won’t be back and won’t recommend.

Rude owner; clearly has no idea what they are doing. There, I gave you comment. What? You don’t believe someone could go to both locations in one day? You know-it-all. Don’t waste your money.

The pastry and iced latte were fantastic but the croque monsieur wasn't great (just white bread and dry with very little sauce). The side of potatoes was so tiny it was comedic, and the salad was just spring mix, diced tomato, diced green bean, and a vinaigrette (but $4). It was more expensive than I thought it would be as well. Next time I'll stick to the pastries and the coffee.

I go here regularly and everything about this place is wonderful! The staff are kind and attentive, the owner is very cool and generous with his time, the coffee and food are SO delicious, and the atmosphere is inviting and warm. The best coffee shop in Atlanta, hands down.

VIBE- super cute place. Perfect for a casual date or brunch. They make their own pastries!!!! You can see big windows into their kitchen area. COVID- all open areas. No walls between tables or anything though it looked decently spaced out. They have outdoor seating. Service was really slow but during covid, I understand. FOOD- I only had pastry and it was DELICIOUS. The food on my neighbors table looked rly yummy. The only sad thing is they have bottled cold brew. It is not freshly made there.

The pastries, croissants and coffee were great! The Jambon sandwich was not so great and overpriced. But the staff was nice and good atmosphere. Just a bit overpriced

I’ve been missing proper French food, and I think this is about as close as you’re going to get. The food and drinks are phenomenal, and if you’re into French culture or language, you’re in for a treat. The owner is nice and remembers guests. It’s great a spot to meet friends, study if that’s you’re thing. I’d rate the place 6 stars if I could.

Super dope little French place in a strip mall. Came with a friend and wasn't disappointed. Tried the lavender latte and it was perfect. The Narcois salad was super savory and is a big winner with folks that like anchovies. Took hope some petites for the fam.

For the quality of the food, the price is ridiculously high. Do not try the croque monsieur as it is the driest and disgusting food I’ve ever eaten. Workers in the kitchen wasn’t using the mask and one of them sneezed, didnt even wash their hands or gloves.

Simply wonderful! The cafe has such a great vibe from the moment you walk in. The food is good and the croissants are amazing. The owner is nothing short of delightful. I cant wait to return.

I have repeatedly heard good things about Cafe Vendome but I had never passed through the doors to try it. The service was outstanding and truly exceeded by the quality of food. The food was well prepared and delicious to the last bite. The only downside we experienced is some menu items were unavailable: ingredient shortages or sold out for the day. Remarkably, when my wife heard her item was not available they asked whether they might make something similar that is not on the menu. What they created was almost the same and also delicious. I look forward to coming back soon!
