    The day before a huge family trip. Back in August I booked a reservation for a large SUV I need at least 5 seats to fit the family and luggage - I get to the location and they don't have what I asked for. They then tell me they can't promise any vehicles - then when I asked what about the large GMC they tell me that was reserved for a customer. But, wait I am confused - I thought they couldn't reserve any vehicles. Then a gentleman comes out smiling - laughing in my face no concern or accountability - just later to find out he was the Branch Manger. Maybe Enterprise has changed but when I worked at Enterprise many years ago - customers mattered! & branch mangers took ownership & didn't lie on their customers. I then called up there asking to speak to a manger or an Area Manger and I was denied & the branch manager still refused to get on the phone and continued lying on my family name. Now, I have to explain to my pregnant wife & family that we have no transportation to our Thanks Giving location - Thank you Enterprise for ruining our holiday.

    The day before our family road trip my husband went to pick up a rental. The staff claimed they ran out of large SUVs although one was sitting right in front of the store. Oddly, unlike any other Enterprise I’ve patronized, staff claimed the vehicle was reserved for someone to pick up the next day. Staff dismissed my husband saying there was nothing they could do for him. No alternative solutions nor care was given. Even more disheartening is the branch manger, who came out and laughed at the situation. Did my husband’s complexion play a role in this mistreatment? The issue is not the car availability, but the mistreatment and dismissive attitude the staff displayed. This company lacks customer service and professionalism, which is likely attributed to the poor “leadership” on site. Please do not waste your time or money renting from this location.

    Its NOT Hertz -. Meaning you won't likely get falsely arrested like hundreds and hundreds of people having rented from Hertz have experienced. Enterprise has their head on straight.

    Great customer service here. These guys went out of the way to make sure that I was satisfied with my rental. The mini van was clean and I did not have to wait once I came to pick up the van. Also, each rep was very friendly and welcoming which is so rare today. Thank you for taking care of me and my family.

    I would leave 0 stars if that were an option! I have used Enterprise in the past for myself for road trips & have reserved my vehicle of choice & had smooth pick ups. So when I recommend my family to use Enterprise for the same reason, I was shocked & disappointed with the experience they received. My family placed a reservation back in August for a rental that was needed for our annual Thanksgiving trip. Get to the establishment & not only was the large SUV that was requested not ready, it wasn't even an option. There was a SUV there but we were told that was "promised" to another customer after being told "Enterprise can not promise vehicles" ... so which is it? We even offered to pay extra for the upgrade, (even though we reserved a large SUV) as long as it placed us in the size SUV we needed for our trip. Instead, the staff inside had no interest in rectifying the situation. Just a shoulder shrug & a nonchalant attitude. No apology or a "how can we make this right?" I understand it's the holiday season & rental selections may be short, but when a reservation is made months in advance for a large SUV & we are given a small SUV with no other option & an "oh well" attitude from the staff, It's unacceptable. Even the management at this location was unacceptable, dismissive & racially profiled us. Do better Johns Creek Enterprise!! You have lost this large family as a customer. We were happily accommodated & treated better at Hertz.

    I have been renting vehicles from this Enterprise location for more than 10 years.. Recently rented about 5 times in a month.. Employees working here have been friendly and service oriented.. Especially Emilio has been consistently very professional and courteous. He truly represents the original Enterprise values as I have seen 20 years ago.. Thanks Emilio.

    Worst customer service ever....booked a reservation. they called at 5:15 PM the night before I was scheduled to pick up my rental and left me a message..told me the vehicle would not be available until the following afternoon (maybe) and to call them back . I called them right back and the office was closed for the day. I contacted them first thing the next morning and they did not have my truck or any other car avaiable for rental....total lack of care or customer service...if you dont like your job find another one...and if you dont have cars stop accepting reservations.

    I always appreciate the services of this location and Ms. Kaili has provided an excellent service. It's great and cleaned facility and accessible easily to everyone. I would always prefer and recommend to others to use rental car services from this location.

    I have to say, our last experience with Enterprise was nothing like this. Emilio, the manager has great customer service skills! When I was waiting in the lobby, I could see Emilio and his team working very well together and acknowledging everyone that was there! Great teamwork guys!

    I will start with the positive. Respectful and friendly staff. That is the only positive feedback I can give at this location. I reserved a vehicle a month ago. Car was unavailable after arriving early the day scheduled. Offered a pickup truck or minivan. Not the best option for a reservation of a compact vehicle. After 30mins I was able to look at van that was not clean yet . Then out of nowhere a compact car was available. Still had to wait for this to be clean. A customer before me was waiting as well for a reservation but someone gave their vehicle away to another customer. Staff could be a little more organized to ease the process. Vehicles should be ready and available if there is a reservation. I have rented from many competitors and this unfortunately was was a bad experience from Enterprise. It took me about an hour to get a vehicle from the time I arrived. When I returned the vehicle on time I still had to wait for someone to help at the front desk. This took about 15mins. Hand staff the keys and 2 days later get a call for final processing and receipt. Unacceptable and unfortunate because this location/rental company is very convenient.

    Incredible service. I was put in a rental after a wreck, while my car was in the shop. These guys helped walk me through the process and gave honest advice the whole way. When I had complained about the first vehicle I had gotten smelling like smoke, they agreed to swap it out for me. When there were no other vehicles available, they put me in a vehicle that was the next size up, without charging extra rate. Couldn't be happier with my experience with this team!!

    Mikel M. went above and beyond to assist me to obtain a rental right before this past Thanksgiving holiday weekend. At that time my car was being repaired at a local collision center and I found myself in need of a car. Mikel overheard me desperately calling around to arrange for a rental. He took it upon himself to make such arrangements. Im grateful for his kindness and his commitment to service.

    My experience with Enterprise was great! Initially the rental I was given was very poor. It smelled of cigarettes and made a burning smell. I called an agent at my local Enterprise, and they exchanged it with no trouble at all. Very helpful and efficient agents

    I had an extended lease due to my car being in the body shop for repair. Entrprise staff brought the car to me when I dropped off my vehicle at the body shop. Great customer service. Very convenient for me. They also continued communication throughout the rental process until I returned the vehicle. Check out and final payment was very quick and easy.

    Honestly wanted to give a different rating because the car smelled like smoke and the front headlight was flickering and the solutions to fix were not fair to us. However when we returned the vehicle Jason was understanding and made sure to take care of it. Jason was calm and fair. He definitely made the experience!

    I am not sure how and why this company is in business. Service by any standards does not deserve a single star - Here is my experience 1.) No one on this facility pick up the phone and all of them too busy for customer. 2.) Style of functioning is postpone issue resolution. 3.) Whatever discounted rates they have with state farm nothing comes under in that rate and they will charge additional.

    Enterprise + Banker's Hours = Lost Revenue. All metro Atlanta locations OTP and ITP closed on a SATURDAY. I'm guessing Enterprise wants Avis to take more of it's market share. #newregionalmanagement

    Everybody was cool but the manager with the dirty, foundation filled, reused Lashes. She was trying to be super stuck up but idk how when she came to work with Lashes like that and a poor attitude.

    Worst roadside assistance. I took car rental from Enterprise JohnsCreek Parkway Branch and got Chevrolet Spark. Within 5 miles car breakdown and I waited almost 2 hours for exchange car and at last, I had to book Uber from my end to go back home. My entire day spoiled and I won’t prefer Enterprise for car rental again. Rental Agreement Number: 9JNHVR Edit : I already sent mail to the mentioned email in the reply and didn’t get any response yet.

    Partially covered by insurance ... my rental time was extended twice because the Safelite folks extended the appointment for windshield replacement on our undriveable car twice and each time our local Enterprise people were great.

    Having long weekend plans ? Planning to Rent a car ** DONT CHOOSE THIS CENTER FOR RENTAL CAR (Johns creek, GA). Worst customer service and they dont care what plans you /we have ** I have made a reservation for Car rental 2 months earlier through costco travel and selected Enterprise Rentals, for a family trip ( 2 senior citizens and 2 kids to flordia and to travel to Bahamas \ Carribean for a 6 night cruise. Planned well ahead. On the day i had to collect my car at 11 AM ( i did call 2 weeks prior and told them the about my trip and considering senior citizens and kids are there and how crucial is to have a minvan) and i get a call from the Johns creek Enterprise rental at 7.44 AM stating they dont have the MInvans and they will have to cancel the reservation. I had requested them to arrange for a call and told that i had made plans to go on a cruise with senior citizens and kids and spent lot of money for this trip and it will go for a toss and all i got to hear from the customer care member is sorry they cant arrange the car and hence they will cancel the reservation and didnt even suggest for an alternate option and didnt care to arrange an alternative. This is my second experience with Enterprise and i will never going to go with Enterprise Rental cars. Pathetic customer care and No empathy towards customers. Dont care a damn for any travel plans we have. I had booked rental car for 7days for $900 . Since they said they will cancel reservation, i had to spend time to see which location has cars, and being a working day i had to travel to airport 40 miles to get a rental car and lost around 5 hours of work time and had to go on loss of pay for those 5 hours and then for the last minute booking i had to do i had to pay 1400$ for 7 days which is another $500 dollars extra. So much of mental stress last minute and waster of time of energy.

    Appointment on 12/23 was at 5p. We didn’t get the car until 6p. The air in the tire was low, the gas hand was below 1/2 tank, the car was filthy and when we left the right rear tire was making a terrible noise the whole trip. Second bad experience with enterprise this year (2022). We have been renting from them for years! The young lady in the store was unhelpful and customer service was trying to get us to go to another store that night to exchange the car but the other locations close to us was closing or closed as well!!😬. So I had to gas up before even hitting the road and we had to wait for them to air up the tire before we even was able to leave. Don’t you prep the car before renting it again? The jeep latitude was not a good vehicle to rent this time around from Enterprise. I think we will take our money to another rental company next time.

    Reserved rental 5 months in advanced for pick up on 11/22/22. Never received a courtesy call to confirm pick up as I did in the past. Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled pick up. Was told that I had to wait 30 minutes because the car needed an oil change. After 30 minutes received vehicle. Upon inspection of the car, the 2 front tires had tread damage. No other cars available for replacement. I asked could another vehicle be provided from another location. Asst. Branch Mgr. Emilio Solano did check another location for an available vehicle, but the location was over 40 minutes away. Emilio advised he could have the 2 tires replaced and it would take an additional 30-minute wait. Waited an additional 45 minutes for the vehicle to receive the new tires. What has normally been a decent experience at this location became frustration. As a repeat customer, my time should have been respected and valued. What should have been no more than a 15-minute process turned into an hour due to lack of due diligence from the associates at this location. If someone reserves a vehicle at least 5 months in advance, please make sure that the rental vehicle you are going to provide to the customer is adequate for driving. I was offered an incentive for the inconvenience by Emilio verbally and in writing on his business card. The vehicle was returned after hours the day before the car was due to be returned. Called the next morning to make sure the vehicle was checked in. New associate Jeff advised the vehicle was received but he would complete the check in process. Advised Jeff of the incentive offered by Emilio, Jeff told me that Emilio would need to complete the check in because of the incentive. Waited all day, never received a follow up call or email from Emilio to honor the incentive. I did not receive a final rental agreement via email indicating the returned vehicle was never checked in. My Enterprise account does not even show this particular rental a day after it was returned. Unfortunately, this is the only rental car company that is convenient to me. I wish more rental car options were available that valued their customers.
