After
reading
some
of
the
previous
reviews,
I’m
glad
to
hear
it’s
not
just
me
who
has
experienced
poor
responses
and
customer
service
from
this
location.
When
you
run
a
retail
jewelry
business,
in
which
people
spend
thousands
on
your
product;
you
cannot
be
a
NO
person.
It’s
just
that
simple.
The
3
times
I’ve
called,
each
time
the
person
on
the
other
line
was
rude
and
seemed
to
be
inconvenienced.
For
example,
not
accepting
repairs
to
be
dropped
off
on
weekends
is
a
terrible
policy.
Most
people
who
can
afford
to
drop
thousands
on
a
ring
WORK
MONDAY-FRIDAY.
I
had
to
request
a
manager
on
the
line
so
that
I
could
drop
my
ring
off
on
a
Sunday-
the
only
day
I
have
to
visit
the
ring
store.
The
manager
I
dealt
with
that
day
was
kind
but
only
after
I
had
an
attitude
to
get
my
point
across.
They
sent
my
ring
off
that
Monday.
Fast
forward
to
3
weeks
later
I’ve
been
back
2
times
to
pick
up
my
supposedly
repaired
ring.
The
first
visit
back,
there
was
a
diamond
that
had
been
completely
replaced
with
a
wrong
colored
diamond.
-IT
WASN’T
EVEN
NEAR
THE
AREA
THAT
NEEDED
REPAIRS!!
So
I
had
them
send
it
back
in.
2
weeks
later
I
get
a
call
stating
my
ring
is
ready
for
pickup
and
has
been
inspected
thoroughly.
My
fiancé
makes
the
hour
and
a
half
trip
only
to
find
there
are
loose
stones
in
the
ring,
STILL!
The
manager
on
duty
today
did
go
above
and
beyond
to
have
the
ring
repaired
by
their
local
preferred
professional
so
after
5
weeks
and
a
2.5
hour
wait
at
the
mall
we
finally
have
this
issue
resolved.
