This
is
my
3rd
attempt
to
give
this
location
our
money.
First
attempt:
nobody
working
the
front.
Stood
there
unnoticed/ignored
for
10
minutes,
so
we
left.
Second
time:
no
customers
in
the
restaurant,
but
the
wait
was
like
30
minutes.
They
had
one
server,
so
we
left.
Third
time:
Two
days
ago.
Walked
in,
seated
right
away.
We
order
our
drinks
and
food
at
the
same
time.
Nearing
the
hour
mark,
our
food
was
nowhere
to
be
seen.
Waitress
came
by
and
mentioned
that
they
were
just
waiting
on
the
fries
(this
was
like
around
the
30-minute
mark.
We
told
the
bartender
to
just
cash
out
our
drinks
since
we
were
just
going
to
leave.
As
soon
as
we
mention
that
miraculously,
the
food
comes
out.
It
appeared
like
the
burgers
were
reheated
in
the
microwave
and
hot
fries
placed
on
the
plates
afterward.
By
this
time,
it
was
too
late,
so
we
told
them
we
were
going
somewhere
else.

Applebee's
management:
If
you'd
like
to
contract
me
as
a
consultant
to
train
your
employees
on
how
to
provide
excellent
customer
service,
reach
out
to
me.
I
charge
$500/hr.
If
you'd
like
me
to
train
your
managers
on
how
to
be
managers
and
do
their
jobs,
my
rate
is
$750/hr.
This
place
is
so
poorly
managed
that
it's
insane
that
this
location
is
still
in
business.
I
can
only
imagine
whoever
owns
this
place
has
more
money
than
they
know
what
to
do
with
to
even
care
about
what
goes
on
at
this
location.
It's
really
not
that
hard
to
provide
good
customer
service.
It's
crazy
at
how
much
money
this
location
sees
walking
out
of
their
doors
on
a
daily
basis,
I'd
imagine.

better.
