The promoters, security, money handlers, just everyone at the door were completely unorganized and totally ruined my experience here. For a line as short as I had we stood outside forever while the prices went up because THEY're messing around. Multiple people had issues where the money handlers didn't properly account for whatever amount they paid to get in and/or perform that night. They had at least 10 people outside to run things and they couldn't move any of the 2 lines + a third mob crowd along through the door AND they were darn near arguing with each other because they were so unorganized. Never coming back

Never will I go to this place again. Got there around 10:15pm was told by the establishment next door that Rio is always late opening. They didn't open doors until about 11:20pm and then started letting people in 2 at a time when it was extremely slow. As a business owner myself it is not okay to be late opening, and then have your customers wait outside for you to come when you feel like it. Then we get inside only one bartender who is making the coins for the establishment with overpriced drinks. Some of the workers there were a bit rude, and to top it all off they were letting out fireworks outside like they were at a show such a unprofessional and unorganized place. Never again! Don't waste your money or time. Better to just make the drive to Atlanta spots where you get what you pay for.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Last night ( Friday) was me and my husband first time here the line to get in the building was ridiculous, we stood outside for 40 minutes before we decided to just leave. Parking is terrible (you can't find a spot)and they have the nerve to charge $5 or $10 for public parking in parking spots that belongs to other businesses! Security at the door arguing with each and unorganized. Definitely, won't be returning! Had me thinking this is the ONLY night club in Marietta the way they're customers were being treated. We'll be sticking to grown folks establishments from now on!

The club is decent. A lot of kids. The parking attendants are horrible their attitudes are disgusting and the bartenders drinks were too weak and their personalities weren’t that great either. They act funny towards women like they’re insecure or something 🤷🏻‍♀️ women tip too ladies get it together

Mgmt never handles anything with respect here. They blow you off and pretty much tell you to leave. Also if you notice they dont even respond to reviews.

Over price beer 8$. Charged for parking when I didn’t even park near the club 15$. Tons of underage kids. Bouncer disrespectful threatens girls overall a terrible club.

Well it's a pretty good place to spend the night with or without a company. I can't say I like the service and their attitude but we come to the club to have fun and enjoy ourselves not judging others. So 4 stars.

Time says it opens at 10pm but they did start letting people in until 12. It cost 15 to get in if you’re under the age of 21 and 10 if you’re 21+. The hookah is 35 dollars which is over priced imo. The music is exclusively Latin, which is very nice but this club is definitely better if you speak Spanish. Fun environment and no dress code. But don’t wear flip flop bc the floor is little sticky.

The food was phenomenal but the service is so unprofessional. My waiter waited on me with a drink in her hand. She walked around to different tables with the drink in her hand, coughing, and no mask. I thought I was in a ghetto night club. Worst part is SHE was “TRAINING” someone else. That’s so sad.

This is my 3rd attempt to give this location our money. First attempt: nobody working the front. Stood there unnoticed/ignored for 10 minutes, so we left. Second time: no customers in the restaurant, but the wait was like 30 minutes. They had one server, so we left. Third time: Two days ago. Walked in, seated right away. We order our drinks and food at the same time. Nearing the hour mark, our food was nowhere to be seen. Waitress came by and mentioned that they were just waiting on the fries (this was like around the 30-minute mark. We told the bartender to just cash out our drinks since we were just going to leave. As soon as we mention that miraculously, the food comes out. It appeared like the burgers were reheated in the microwave and hot fries placed on the plates afterward. By this time, it was too late, so we told them we were going somewhere else. To Applebee's management: If you'd like to contract me as a consultant to train your employees on how to provide excellent customer service, reach out to me. I charge $500/hr. If you'd like me to train your managers on how to be managers and do their jobs, my rate is $750/hr. This place is so poorly managed that it's insane that this location is still in business. I can only imagine whoever owns this place has more money than they know what to do with to even care about what goes on at this location. It's really not that hard to provide good customer service. It's crazy at how much money this location sees walking out of their doors on a daily basis, I'd imagine. Do better. Call me.

Waited an extra 30 minutes on top of the 40 we waited for the online order to be ready . Most of the workers seemed preoccupied with the patrons sitting inside. We received the order only to not have our mozzarella sticks. I called numerous times to get a refund and got no answer .The food was cold like it had been done and they gave it to us late. The Alfredo was dry I ended up adding my spinach dip to it for more flavor and sauce .I don’t I will be back at this location and I recommend visiting another location unless your eating inside.

I don’t know why people are saying the staff is rude that’s not true at all , I’ve been there plenty of times and ladies get free shots by the stage and are treated with respect!! The music is great and the food and drinks are to die for!! Also the bathroom is amazing ?

This is a Latin club & comes with a lack of professionalism, and they stretch the rules but if you’re looking for a casual place with good music and an environment where people actually dance, go to Rio.

It's not only latin music! 👌👌Many were under the age of 21, fyi, but overall great place to spend a nice time dancing! they closed at 4:30 last Saturday night when I went, so that's great for the ones who love to dance 💃❤️. Park on the back/side to avoid paying for parking, it wouldn't be a long walk.

My husband and I arrived at about 4 pm on Saturday. We waited close to 20 min to be seated. Only 1 waitress and the bar was only then opening. I noticed a manager walking around, not helping his staff at all. Our waitress had a bit of an attitude and was overwhelmed. It took about another 30 min to our drink. A long wait before we ordered but the food came quickly. The Mac & cheese was aiight not great. We ordered Ribs, and they were good. A lot of people left due to not being seated in a timely fashion. Eventually, more waitresses came in, and a Caucasian woman manager was getting it done. She was seating people, delivering food, taking orders, and cleaning up. Anyway, after close to 2 hours, we left.

I got the Lime Chicken 2 for $22. They seasoned it very well. Went on a Monday around 2pm. There's a wait due to a shortage of waiters/tresses. They were all nice and the food was hot. I'll wait for HOT food!

The food was just okay. I asked for pepper and was informed they don't have any. My daughter and I had to wait 10 minute to be seated. Not sure why because they were not busy. I called the restaurant standing at the hostess stand. I also asked for Parmesan cheese on my pasta and informed they charge extra for that. My cheese sticks had to be replaced because some had no cheese inside. Service was mediocre. I asked for to go boxes. We packed up our food and left. I won't go back to this Applebee's.

I did an online order and was really looking forward to our date night mea until I opened it and realized that my 8oz steak was not only cooked wrong but it was only 4 oz. So disappointed in this meal.

Food was good, wanton tacos were great but it took awhile (11:15am) 2 other tables in the restaurant. The server was nice but not attentive It was at least 15 minutes between every time he stopped at the table. Took 30 minutes from when he dropped the check until he came back to pick it up.

I did a pick-up order, something I usually don't do. I ordered the sweet chili rib tips and a steak dinner. The sauce was super spicey, so it took away from the ribs. The two salads were not fresh. After the meals were brought to my car, I asked if steak sauce was in the bag and, of course, it wasn't. Condiments should be given in a take out order. I had stopped eating Applebee's before but was giving it another chance. It's not for me.

Typical Applebee's. Sloppily plated food tastes pretty good. The steak was 100% edible, very tender (surprising), properly cooked, and didn't have a lot of gristle with the perfect amount of fat for flavor. First time at this location. Clean and pretty ambience. The restaurant was empty and music was lovely. However, the food and service were both disappointing. I ordered my usual Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp which arrived COLD and not sizzling. I also asked for ranch with my appetizer wings but received blue cheese instead. The waiter also forgot another round of beer and sauce for my sister’s shrimp. We also ordered steak which was overcooked and we left still waiting on an order of onion rings. I’ve been an Apple Bees local for years, more than a decade and can assure you this location needs to do better.

I finally get to rate this restaurant after moving to this side of town almost 2years later. We were greeted immediately and sat quickly! Our food came quick and our waitress went above and beyond. I believe her name was Tamera(?) she even noticed my birthday on my I.D. when I ordered a drink and remembered it throughout the dinner and surprised me with a post-birthday dessert. Great experience. The staff was fantastic. The bartender was on point. The people that were at the restaurant they definitely made the vibe for that night. Because they were all a bunch of characters that were completely worth being around. The food was OK. The alcohol was OK. But overall great experience.

The service and margarita was very good. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was flavorful but very greasy. Unfortunately, the guac seemed spoiled and our chips were stale. My mom loved her riblette platter. We will try again as we have had take out many times with success.

I had not been at Applebee's in a long time, I was hungry and looking for a place to eat where I knew my meal would not break the bank. I ordered a Strawberry & Mango frozen drink and a chicken salad with Asian dressing which was a sweet ginger dressing. The service was fast and the food was enjoyable.
