This was my 1st time at a waffle house restaurant.. I have no complaints. The service was good and the food was on point.

Just finished with my meal, miss communication was at its maximum. The food quality was great but lack of professionalism among employees was very obvious. Our order was incorrectly priced as well as a glass of water had floating elements (looked like sperm). The waitress made an attempt to correct the receipt and comp us for the water before getting approval from the manager. What seemed like an easy fix, turned into an unnecessary situation. We made several request to speak with the manager, she refused and send another staffer to address our order. The manner in which another worker (who stated that she was a shift manager) interacted with the waitress that took our order was disrespectfully rude and lacked professionalism! Aside from having one waffle relieved from the bill, we received a coupon. Not even an equivalent to fair compensation for the low quality of personality that we were presented with.

Unorganized and terrible service. I called my order ahead and was told 10 to 15 minutes. In reality in was almost 45 minutes. My order, like several others, was wrong. I don't recommend.

This used to be a good place but this morning I was racially profiled maybe it's because the current status of the country I'm not sure but when I walked into the restaurant and sat down and they told me carry-out only, well at the same time they allowed a black man to sit in there and dine in. This morning @ 10 am. Food was great!!! Everything was cook to perfection. But service was less than desired. Heavy set lady with a passive attitude. Our wait was long. We were seated. Waited. She never brought menus until we asked. Waited. Did order. Waited. Got food. She never came back. We asked for a ticket and to go container. She didn't say 20 words to us the whole time we were there. Borderline shade.

Perfect breakfast on a perfect day with perfect service! After spending a week in Colorado it felt soooo good to come back to where waffle house lives!! Lol! Best breakfast for the value ever! #twoeggbreakfast

Stopped in with my grandsons. Ordered two of the 2 egg breakfast plates and 1 of the Texas bacon egg and cheese sandwich plates and 3 waters. Food was served strangely. 2 plates were OK, the other 2 egg breakfast came on 2 plates and a bowl. Had to ask for the grits we ordered as part of one of the plates. Food was OK. Get the check and the prices for each meal were correct but there were 3 $2.50 charges. No tax added. THEY CHARGED ME $7.50 FOR 3 GLASSES OF ICE WATER! Not listed on the menu that they charge for water, not posted in the store anywhere, that they charge for water. The waitress didn't say anything when we ordered that they charge for water. This is maybe illegal, but definitely un-ethical. And flat out ridiculous!!

Only two waitress available and two tables open the rest were close due to their only being two waitress. Many people waiting and my family waited for 45 min. Bad attitudes towards placing orders in dine in.

I wasn't expecting suberb service from Waffle House because it's something I never get. My food was great and the customer service was awesome too. Everyone seemed happy to be at work and my food and experience was a reflection of that.

I went to the Waffle House at 1400 Lee Rd, Lithia Springs....ordered grits,eggs,bacon and toast.Grits looked funny, tasted as funny, and had lumps.When I complained the young lady said I could get some more. I declined so she informed me that she had fresh grits she cooked today; the first serving were grits from yesterday. I asked why they would serve someone grits from the day before...I lost my appetite..Later I received a call re: my complaint and was promised a certificate for a free meal, which I never received!!!

It was great. A little crowed but didn't have to wait long. They had a person in the center calling out the orders and about 8 workers. Things were popping and proficient and our server was very nice and attentive.

Two words: hash browns.

The old Waffle House across the street that was torn down was better. Better food and a WHOLE LOT nicer staff. Not sure where those nice ladies moved to but the new Waffle House needs to find them and rehire them. After the poor food quality and mediocre service I will not be back

It was okay except for the waitress kind of forgot we were there. What suppose to have been a quick breakfast almost went into lunch time waiting on a waffle.

Crispy clean new Waffle House. Staff was great and friendly. Food came promptly ! Bathroom needs a ‘checked every two hours chart’ where the manager signs it to keep it squeaky clean. Easy access and lots of parking.

This has been the best Waffle House experience my spouse and I have ever had. Immediately, when we walked in, I noticed how clean this establishment was! Every other Waffle House I've been to has been pretty dirty, but this one was very well kept. The service was amazing and those working the morning shift today were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond for customer service! We are not from the area and just stopping in. We are so thankful we decided to stop at this Waffle House! Keep up the excellent service!

Its nice to know for $15, I can get a half-done meal. The waffle was cold, I had to go back to receive my grits, and I guess we’re going through an egg and potato shortage because I’m missing half of what I received in the past with my meal! Do better, Waffle House, do better.

Worst service ever .This lady that had blue hair was taking her time walking around there was so many customers and she just kept passing us. we were waiting for the menus and and she Was just standing there just staring at us. I’ve been to some good waffle Houses and some worst but this one was the worst out the worst . They need a replacement because everyone else was doing work and she was just standing there doing nothing .

I have been here several times to eat and today was not good. The staff members were back there having arguments while trying to serve customers. Our waitress came back missing what we asked for. Overall today's experience was bad. Management needs to restore the service so we continue to enjoy our meals.

Apparently the server gave herself her own TIP. I used my cash app card for the instant discounts so I added specifically the amount needed to pay for the meal on the card which was later updated to $10 more, putting my card in the negative. How did my $30.89 total update to $40.89? This was not given or wrote on the receipt. It's a form of STEALING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waffle House is no longer a budget friendly restaurant as it once was. Food is still good, but prices seem to be a little high considering it’s only breakfast food. Eggs, 2 sausage patties, grits, toast, coffee sounds like a lot. Maybe it is but it’s not worth $14. Even with escalating costs it stop seems a bit much to me. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. The restroom could use a little more attention to match the cleanliness of the rest of the establishment.

Man, they never answered the phone. Pulled up into the parking lot, there was no one in there except for the server and cook. They ignored the phone. We came inside, placed our order of 2 sausage and egg hashbrown bowls with bacon and jalapeños added to it. We paid the price for the extra stuff but never received sausage or jalapeños. Just disappointing
