I am visiting from out of state. I have never been to this facility. Upon arrival, the door is locked during open business hours. We swiped our membership bar code to get in. No one greets us. I approach a lady straightening items on the desk. I asked her if they had an equipment item. She just points me in a direction I’ve never been. I go to the area she pointed to not find what I’m looking for. She was not welcoming, nor helpful. I’m very highly disappointed! She might as well not been present. Otherwise, the cardio equipment is all I used and it is functional.

This is a big gym lots of space to workout and all the equipment you need to get the best workout. I love workout 24/7 anytime they work with your schedule is open to members 24/7 VIP only. Staff is there till 8pm and are very helpful. If your life is busy and can't find a gym that's open late at night this is the best gym to sign up. I'm sure you will love it like I do. Stay healthy friends.

The facility Is there a inconvenient when you keep coming to the door and when you go to swipe to see your key or your phone it doesn’t let me and then you have to stand out there and knock on the door to get someone to let you have told her fitness people in here a lot of times I tried to help us but this is a terrible in convenience at this location and it seems that they’re not trying to fix the problem

Edited. Reduced to 1 star. The shower heads are both broken. One shower has not had hot water since I've been a member. Management knows but refuses to fix them.

Almost every morning, the key card reader doesn't work. Management has known about this for well over a year and refuses to fix it.

I've put up with the issues at this place for 3 years now and finally I am done. The door scan in issue has existed the entire time I have been there and never has been addressed. You'd think allowing your customers to enter your business would be a pretty important part of the operations. The staff are almost never there so they can't even let you in, so you have to guilt a member to break their contract by letting you in. Also by the staff not being there this removes most of the "premium" benefits because they need to help with tanning etc. Now they increased membership dues by 40% from 2022 to 2023. There have been no changes, new machines or improvements since I started working out there. Be careful paying for a full year because it likely won't be in business much longer.

This is the 4th location I've been to and I have to say is by far the cleanest and most well spaced out one so far. The staff are also very friendly and the layout of the gym fits any equipment you'll need without feeling too crowded. Update: Drove half an hour from work only to find out the scanner at the door was dead :/ I understand these things happen but the scanner has been buggy for a few weeks now and tonight I couldn't get in at all. I ended up driving to the next closest location 15 minutes away.

Gym itself was good while I was there. Has all the basic necessities but does get cramped quickly due to its small size. However I tried canceling my membership due to moving and am still be charged 2 months later even though I fulfilled my contract. A lot of “I’ll have this person call you” and it not happening. If this ever gets resolved I’ll consider a better review.

I'm happy to have a friendly local gym with such a great, caring staff. These professionals make this environment welcoming and a place I'm always happy to return, which is extremely important for staying on top of your fitness goals. I moved to Atlanta recently and sat down with Gary when I visited for the first time. What started as a quick check as part of an extended search for a gym ended the moment Gary showed me around. The facility has everything you need for all types of workout plans and is kept in perfect working order. The gym is clean & bright, and the people are great! Gary said "have a good workout and see me after, I'll make you an offer you won't be able to turn down." He was right and I am very happy. Keisha has been absolutely fantastic as well. She gave me an assessment and guided me to some new workout plans that fit my goals perfectly. Such a good spirit in this place, because of the people!

This is more for the customer service as I haven't used the facility yet, but Julian was awesome. I actually signed up online and went over on a work break to pick up my Keycard. Of course, it wasn't fully ready yet (you know how it works when signing up online), but Julian hooked me up and got me squared away.

Clean and helpful staff.

It has a good amount of machines but everything is so close together.. it must have been peak time because it was full in there. I wasn't too comfortable only because I like a bubble between the next person.

Can someone please contact me, I have sent the email with the cancellation form, left voicemails and still being charged $22.99 on my card. I was told to pay for one month and was not going to be charged again. I need someone to contact me and refund the money.

I go in, do my thing, and make it happen. Small community setting as it's a small gym. The staff is cool. Good price on membership as well.

It’s not a large gym but perfect for the area. They have a good selection of machines and free weights. Wesley and the crew are attentive to the members questions and concerns.

This gym has been my go-to for the past 3 years, and it has proven to be incredibly convenient for me. Its location near my residence and 24-hour access have been a lifesaver, especially during my erratic work hours. Unlike larger gym chains such as One Life and LA Fitness, their pricing is competitive, which is a big plus. While the gym does have all the essential equipment, there are a few items that could use some updating or repairs. For example, some treadmills have worn-out surfaces that make running on them a bit uncomfortable and unsafe. I've personally experienced slips and awkward moments, to the point where I've decided to avoid using them altogether. Additionally, there has been a TV that hasn't been functional for a couple of months now. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall atmosphere is great. People are friendly and focused on their workouts, creating a relaxed and productive environment. All in all, I'm a satisfied customer who enjoys the convenience and value this gym offers.

I could never get in the building due to the scanner that opens the door never working right and no one would fix my issue. And because of the times I go, due to my schedule, there is no staff. I even cancelled my membership and I never got my confirmation of cancellation and they have charged me again and I got no response from the email smh.

I came into this location to get a replacement card since this is my Home Gym. I moved to Clayton County and none of the reps at the gyms there were able to assist me. They advised my membership shouldn't allow me to get into there facilities and everything...it was weird....I came to Smyrna and G knocked it out for me.

The management is the best ever

They claim they offer packages for $10 a month but do not. Misleading.

I do not recommend this gym. I was very uncomfortable working out there when I did. The area it is in is just not one that I see worth the chance of being at. The staff seamed more after the money at the time than caring of my needs. I was tricked into coming in to get a free session only to be pitched a package for personal training to there after being treated differently because I didn't want it. I did pay for the entire year upon moving to GA for 3 of us only to feel it was worth taking the money loss over going to this location and dealing with all the above.

Excellent gym! It has all brand new equipment and it has more than enough machines and free weights for everybody. I have never had to wait to use any of them. It also has good space for floor routines. It has locker rooms and showers!! Supremely friendly staff. I really recommend it . Ask for Gary. He will hook you up.
