Everyone has always been professional and very nice. When I call to make appointment I can always get in that day . When I have blood taken Dr Patel calls to let me know the results , you don’t see doctors do that anymore.

Truly one of the best doctors I’ve been to by far, very attentive and truly care about my health and they make sure to tell you everything and explain it in a way that makes sense. I drive a good ways to get to this doctors office but for the exceptional doctors it’s really worth it. I've been a patient since 2015 here. I usually come once a year for my annual physical s I am otherwise healthy. My experience has always been great. Dr. Patel and his nurses are always easy to speak to. Will recommend.

Having moved from out of state, I was searching for a doctor that I would be happy with - to provide me with excellent care. As a new patient, Dr. Neil Patel gave me the time and attention that I thought was appropriate and I immediately made my follow up appointment.

Update 2: Had some billing issues but Dr. Patel set them straight. This feels like a bait and switch scam. Declined service. Get billed anyway. I was told my insurance didn't cover my visit because my deductible wasn't met. That's fine. That was expected. So I paid them. Then, I get a letter in the mail telling me I owed them the amount I paid because there was confusion about what my insurance would cover. Why? I was told my plan didn't cover my visit because the deductible wasn't met. This feels like a scam to me. Called a representative who said "sometimes you don't know [the total] until you see the doctor." Except I had already seen the doctor, they already looked up my insurance, and confirmed with a billing rep that my plan wasn't going to cover it. So where is this new charge coming from? Surely does feel like a scam. Update 1: I am being charged for a consultation I didn't ask for. I walked in and asked for a strep test. They said I could get the test for $75 but if wanted to see the doctor it would be one hundred something dollars. I said I only wanted the test. The doctor comes out and says he wants to look at my tonsils. He said he would do this free of charge. I am now getting billed for a service I specifically declined.

I went here for my annual physical. Dr. Neil was knowledgeable and the nurse made me feel at ease with the blood draw. Definitely recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Neil for 4 years now. He always asks the right questions and pays close attention to all my health issues. When I leave her office I feel like all my health needs have been met. Definitely a great PCP.

Always a good experience when I go to Alpha M.C. , never in the waiting room long and once seated in the exam room Dr Patel is never far behind. Both Dr Neil and Dr Patel are Always very professional as well as knowledgeable yer always willing to have a down to earth conversation with you witch adds a nice personable touch that you don't get at large corporate Medical Clinics.... 10 out of 10 recommend.

I had 3 VI Peels done here and I love my results! The nurse practitioner explained everything that was expected and really took her time. It was also much more affordable here than other places in Alpharetta

Most doctors don't have an attentive and willing staff and not the case here. They always answer my calls immediately and make sure I have everything I need. I am so impressed with this clinic. I recently switched over to Dr. Patel due to my new insurance. My appointment was easy to schedule and there was only. 10 minute wait. The staff actually picks up the phone OR gives you a phone call back in a timely manner. Great PCP!

UPDATE! Everything was resolved. This was a misunderstanding on our part with no reflection on the clinic or Dr Patel. Thank you for being patient with us. We love Dr Patel but lately his follow up with us has been lacking. My husband and I received random emails from LabCorp with our blood work test results. We didn’t know if these were official since we had yet to hear from Dr Patel himself regarding interpreting the results, any feedback & based on the results, what direction are we going with our health. Based on my husbands bloodwork results, there were numbers that looked alarming to us. I texted the office twice, my husband called & left a message. Because we hadn’t received anything back from either of these things. I had to directly call the office & express this concern. I was told we had to schedule an appointment ourselves. Meanwhile, I received an email from Dr Patel with interpretation of my results. My husband has received nothing! This entire process has taken 7 days and have yet to speak with a doctor. Dr Patel’s office has always been very proactive and helpful. But with this particular situation, the ball was completely dropped.

Dr. Dihraj Patel is an amazing doctor. I had been to many doctors before Dr. Patel. He was recommended to me by a close friend. After just 1 visit dr. Patel was able to help me out with my issues, which I'd been struggling with for over a year. After my experience I'll always use Dr. Dihraj Patel! They are the best an know their stuff!!

My first visit seeing the doctor was today and I was very impressed how she took the time to listen to what I had to say. She was very kind, polite and cared about my feelings. She treated me today for back and neck injuries I have had for over 40 years. She also put me on medication to help with my severe pain which was much needed. I do recommend her to anyone experiencing pain that has not been resolved. I look forward to seeing her on a monthly basis.

The most patient and understanding primary care provider I have ever had. He has exemplary bedside manner. He takes his time to listen to your concerns and works with you to create a plan of action to get you on the road to good health. I cannot say enough about how amazing Dr. D Patel is!
